Definitely one of my must stops when I'm heading town bown. It's local Style onigiri. You got to go early if you want more options. Otherwise if you go late they sell out pretty quick. Or at least that's my experience whenever I go. I'm all about supporting local period And this is one of those places I definitely support. Before you go just check the schedule make sure they're open.

Absolutely the best place around for Korean foods. Family of 6 eating for about 100 bucks is pretty darn good. A must try if you've been stationed in SK. Definitely coming back. This place has history and authentic Korean food even my 1 year old enjoyed. You csnt tell by looking at it, but its worth it even for a little drive.

Favorite musubi place so far! No lines and the rice is perfectly cooked. Don’t let the smell of fish turn you away. Well worth the short drive out!

Mana Musubi is a hidden gem, mostly known by locals rather than tourists. I wouldn't have discovered it if I hadn't walked my dog in the morning and noticed people waiting in line for their onigiri. Having worked at a Japanese onigiri shop in New York, I understand the importance of the ingredients and the effort put into making each musubi. I can taste the quality of the Japanese ingredients, along with the local ones, which makes this the best onigiri I've had in Hawaii! I highly recommend arriving early, as the food is freshly handmade every morning and locals are quick to grab the delicious offerings. The shop is charming, much like the small, local shops you find in Japan, which made me feel like I was transported to one of those hidden gems that primarily cater to local customers. The shop operates until mid-lunchtime and is closed on Sundays. If you're planning to get just one or two to try, bring cash, as there’s a $10 minimum for card payments. Mahalo!

The onigiri here are very yummy. I love it for the texture of their rice with light flavors. The downside is that they sell out fast. I hope they slowly choose to make a little more of the more popular flavors since they knowingly always sell out.
Parking can be a challenge depending on the time you go and it's a small parking lot that's can be hard to turn around in when there isn't any parking. There is meter parking on the st., but again, if it's busy then that can be taken as well.

Best homemade Musubi on the island made with love. I got the Spam, Spicy Tuna, and Salmon and tobiko and the Spicy Tuna was my favorite. The tuna they use is a creamy canned tuna and it hit the spot.
Perfect to takeaway before a hike. No mess packaging. I went around 8:30am and there were some already sold out.
Will go back for the Mentaiko and Baked Salmon.
Cash only for purchases under $10.

The Musubi at this place is the best I've had on Oahu. The approach is different. The rice is flavoured with stock rather than replying on the fillings for flavour so the whole experience is a much more flavourful Musubi.

Just drove from Waikiki to come here and place is closed despite being advertised as open.
Best musubi place in Hawaii. It opens early in the morning but it’s worthy to go early.

It’s a decent musubi stop, although you have to go pretty early. The Salmon and Tobiko tasted as expected. The Mentaiko was good. The Spicy Tuna Mayo didn’t have any mayo and instead had a bunch of mentaiko, which was weird. Prices are ok for the size and taste.Ultimately, I’d rather go to Iyasume.
