This is the only restaurant in the entirety of the airport that has a gluten-free option.
While I was at the airport I was frantically looking for something to eat because we were informed we couldn't bring fruit on the plane to eat during the flight. I have Celiac disease and unfortunately the airlines don't have Celiac safe meals.
I asked the cashier if the salad with fish had gluten because I have Celiac disease and she said no but there could be cross contamination because it's a shared kitchen. I was like, "okay, well it's my only option in this airport so I'll take the chance." She seemed to not believe me when I said I would take it and she's like, "okay but if you have Celiac, it's a shared kitchen." I said I'd take the chance, again, because I hadn't eaten at all that day, my flight wouldn't land for 8 hours from the time of the conversation. She said she'd tell the kitchen to take precautions.
Furikake crusted ahi salad ($22.99 + tax) was fine. It could have used some more dressing but I'm glad there was something I was able to order.

The server named Mildred was very rude and unprofessional. When we wanted to tip 10% in cash she got upset and told us “you have to follow the instructions on the receipt” (which meant we have to tip at least 18%). There was 5 of us and we are all students. Also her service was superficial and she didn’t talk to us at all through our sitting. We tried to explain to her that we also work as servers and we actually didn’t do anything wrong, she told us “Look, I don’t know where you’re coming from, but here things are different”, which we thought was insanely rude. Terrible service.

I was completely defeated! paid twice
Beer, ramen, and poke bowl ?74 I ordered online and the food came before the beer. The waiter cares whether you pay online or by credit card! After I finished ordering online, I was given a receipt. The amount of chips 13% 18% 20% was displayed below, which was explained by tracing it with a finger.
At first, I tried to pay online with 0 chips, but a message saying "Payment could not be completed" appeared. Rakuten card. Are you unable to pay the clerk? When I asked him about it, he replied that it wasn't done, so I gave him ?80 in cash because there was nothing I could do about it. Then, hold the receipt and point to the percentage and appeal! It came to my mind, so Tip is not duty,right? ?5 is my gratuity! When I said that, she meekly withdrew. Japanese people are being looked down upon, so it's better to say this much! After that, my Rakuten card was deducted! There were no errors! When I looked at the screen again, it was already a screen that said I couldn't use the card (attached photo) I wish I could reconfirm that the payment has been made here... I would like a refund for my credit card! I bet the owner didn't read the reviews!

Cashier at trading.co are rude asking if you wanna pay card or cash
The Black Garlic Tonkatsu Ramen is awesome. They have a limited menu after 7pm and the Ramen is available until they close at 930pm. It too bad you need an airline boarding pass to have this Ramen. If you're flying to Vegas on Hawaiian Air the restaurant stall is near the boarding gate. No matter which airline you're flying on, make sure you use the Wiki electric golf cart style shuttle to get to wherever you want to go in the airport. Just wave down the cart when you see it.
