The waiter here gave us a terrible service, he had an attitude the whole time, he assumed we knew how to order and pay without telling us that they had a specific system. We order one burger but it took so long we then ask them to put it to go but the worst part was that after the burger finally arrived we noticed the waiter had put it two times on the bill so when we asked him to remove one of them since we only ordered one he didn’t know how to do it and proceeded to tell us that we either had to wait for his supervisor to arrive to the location or PAY FOR BOTH, he wanted us to pay for something we didn’t order nor received. By that time we were already being called to board the plane so we just left without anything, he was being super mean for a mistake he made and wanted us to pay for!

Tony really forces everyone to tip. Wouldn’t give me my change until I agreed to tip something. A tip should be earned for service especially not on a togo order. I hope others see this before coming out or expect that the server Tony makes everyone held hostage for change. I’m all for tipping but not in this rude way!

We had some of the best burgers here. The fries were also seasoned and crispy. Portions are very large, but the service was slow. The server didn't seem to understand that most people in an airport are in a hurry to grab a flight.

Airport so wasn't expecting Michelin but not bad. Had the spicy pork ramen. Not too tier ramen but a ton of noodles and plenty pork and various toppings

Not too bad

Staff was friendly (late night flight)

Charish is one amazing server/bartender/busser. Here at the Airport grabbing a bite before our flight. This employee is doing it all .. All by herself. And getting it all done. Kudos.. Excellent Job.

Mediocre ramen broth served barely warm enough to break up the gluey noodles served in a solid clump with the veggies. Unfortunately I took mine to-go to my boarding gate. A grocery store instant ramen would have been more satisfying.

Absolutely delightful food for an airport restaurant.
And on the top of this Lisa was so welcoming and friendly. We had a great time before our flight.
We got the black garlick tonkotsu (very nice broth) and the poke bowl (very fresh)

Pretty decent garlic tonkotsu ramen, one of the best airport meals so far. Quick service and it was not too crowded on a Sunday afternoon.

Great food thanks to the chef NATASHA she deserves a raise

The Black Garlic Tonkotsu was surprisingly good!

Kinda has a flat vibe but prices are good for an airport though

Beware (at the self service grab and go) that they don’t make it easy to know that your payment went through… you have to hit a button to print your receipt and the screen for printing that button doesn’t stay up very long so I paid twice for my meal because I didn’t want to accidentally steal some thing(The purchased didn’t show up in my Apple wallet until 20 minutes after purchasing the item)… if I didn’t overpay for my item, I would’ve been pretty darn happy actually the food was decent

Disappointing service from waiter, Tony. I know it's busy here but come on. Let's be real. Leave your customer hanging for more than 10 minutes just for a draft Blue Moon. The waiter points to the tip section as he gives the bill. Doesn't give change back, asked for the receipt and digs into the rubbish bin to get it. More training needed. Very disappointing. Manager needs to hire better waiters.
