Needs remodeled. The food wasn't too bad, but why so much ketchup? There should be a "less" button. They made my cheeseburger minus the meat correctly. The fries were good and cookies fresh. Employees were friendly.

McDonald's, not typically known for its healthy foods but lately with the $5 and $6 value meals has been a decent place to enjoy a quick and cheap lunch in Waikiki. Where the average prices can be as high as 17 to $25 for a lunch. This particular location is clean well managed and efficient in terms of getting food out. Even faster when you use the app for pickup.

This was a weird experience. Our service and food were great, but the restrooms were nasty. The upstairs seating area was dirty, and while we were there, there were two separate and unlrealted customer issues (one cussed out the staff because one worker apparently didn't wash his hands in the restroom. The other was a customer with a weird story about his coffee being poisoned the night before. Just bizarre).
Again though...food was good and staff was friendly.
