I received a phone call from the General manager, Evelyn, a few weeks ago, and she was very friendly and apologetic. She was very familiar with the employee we had a bad experience with.

There needs to be a variety of McDonald's we can choose from in the area for delivery. Kaimuki takes advantage of the monopoly by the rate they mess up the orders. McDonald's is a convenient spot to grab a cup of tea or coffee, but be prepared for potential service issues. The staff is busy trying to keep up with the crowds, with overflowing garbage bins and a hectic atmosphere. Ordering through the app might result in long wait times, so it's better to go inside if possible. Despite the chaos, the workers are doing their best to manage the situation. Just be aware that the soda machine might be out of ice due to the high volume of customers. This McDonald's on Waialae Avenue is a simple and cozy spot, perfect for a quick bite. The staff are friendly and efficient, keeping the lines moving even during the busiest times. You might occasionally encounter a homeless individual in the area or someone with noisy, barking dogs. When school is out, the place can be packed with kids, adding to the noise level. This McDonald's tends to attract a steady flow of local construction workers stopping by for a quick meal.
