I was given less-than-stellar customer service at a different Teapresso and wanted to try another location.Kaimuki - specifically the barista, Ha - was awesome! She mentioned that “no ice” with my Thai Coffee and Vietnamese Coffee would be at the line shown in the sample and if I was OK with that. literally the best boba place everrrrr! :D i always order the jasmine milk tea with 25% and i almost come here like 3 times a week xD and the staff is rlly noice! uwu especially when i make a phone order there is a girl that is so sweet ❤ shes literally the kindest hooman everrr! ヾ(o◕ω ◕)ﾉ i think she has short hair or smth? but ye i love her! Great tea and boba❤️, but the location needs a face-lift. Broken door, discolored walls, lacks ambiance, etc. Also, be aware that the macaroons arrive on a Tuesday each week, so on Sunday/Monday, they might not be great. I took a risk on 2 despite them kindly giving a heads up that they were older... one was hard and tasted of freezer ? but the other still tasted pretty fresh ?
