Extremely time consuming. I ordered from here on my 30 minute break, thinking it would be a fast option for a lunch break. Small order, got to the restaurant about 15 minutes after placing the order, and it's not that busy. It took me almost 45 minutes to receive my food, and I'm going to be in trouble at work now due to the level of how slow the service was. Never coming back to this restaurant again.

I mean, it's McDonald's. Palolo McDonald's. The restroom is broken as often as the ice cream machine. The menu screens are ruined. The staff is friendly enough but often incompetent. You'll get no ketchup or napkins more often than you'll get any without requesting it. It's a poor example of an already sub par chain

Waited 42 mins for just two frappes and a cone. Terrible service, terrible management, terrible workers. Gave doordashers wrong orders and yelled at them. Very unsanitary, no one wearing gloves, saw a worker fill fries with hands touching them and workers are slow. After waiting almost an hour they gave us the wrong order and had to wait longer no apologies whatsoever. I went to a McDonald’s the previous day with a family of 13 and only waited 10 min max. Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to.

This location makes some of the best cookies. Friendly drive through service. The parking lot isn't the easiest to navigate with a large turning radius.

This McDonald's location is very very slow. I ordered a fish sandwich and a smoothie and a bottled water and it took them 26 minutes from the time I placed the order at the kiosk to the time I walked out the door with my order in hand. If you are looking for fast food, this is not the location to go to.
In addition, all of the menu monitors and the update monitor are completely broken and non-functional, so you cannot tell where in line your order is or how much longer you have to wait. On The Good side, the order kiosks were up and working, they are happy to take your money, but once you pay, it is a long wait without any updates to get your food.
That said, there were a lot of stuff there, and they were all very nice and very polite, it just took a long time to get through there.
