This McDonald at Kahala is okay and subpar. Their sandwiches compared to other locations fall a bit short. I usually order the Spicy McCrispy Chicken sandwich at McDonalds and the sandwich I got from here was very dry with zero sauce on it. They could definitely do better.

Walked in and used the ordering kiosk screen. Entered table tent number and sat down. Order confirmation said to sit and relax and order would be brought to me - cool! Waited 15 minutes and went to counter. The girl just handed me my food with my TABLE number on it. I asked why did I go thru the tasks of using the kiosk and getting a table tent? She didn't say one word. So low stars for service, food was lukewarm by the time I got it. If you are not gonna do table service, don't offer it. Hey, this is fast food - my service expectations are not that high and they still messed it up. Amazing.

This McDonald's location will most likely have its ice cream machine working! Staff is super friendly. I have several McDonald's closer to my home but I drive past them all to go to this location.

Closing your lobby at 9 pm and making Uber eats and doordash drivers wait in an extremely slow drive thru line is absolute insanity. We do not get paid hourly and I will not be picking up from your location after 9 pm in the future.

Drive thru wait time can be long. Curbside call ahead is faster. Inside is clean and a/c.
Vegetarian options: Nothing Vegan... Part animal fat used in fried options. They did away with salads.

Very relax & professional. Only.problem is teen boy brings his bike in the eating establishment, not using the bike rack outside.
Parking: Parking in front of the establishment always busy but parking always was available..god bless them..

I am trying not to go there due to the extremely high price for the scaled down portions they serve. There are other establishments that have a much better value ratio on food and are not chincy. I feel McDonalds will have to reevaluate there whole operation nation wide. Today's consumers are forced to eat at home or look for a more value establishment somewhere else. All we ordered was a small order of fries, a shake, and a blue frozen Fanta and it took 25 minutes!!! I stood and waited and waited, and finally saw them set the blue drink on the tray. Walked up to counter standing there thinking they are working on the other 2 items... 10+ minutes go by until I am literally breathing over the counter and a guy asks what else I need in my order. Tell him and another 5 minutes go by, he gets the fries. I stand waiting for my shake for another 5 minutes and people just keep ignoring me and not finishing my order. Finally I say something again, and I get my shake. These employees need to complete an order before they start a new one!!!!
