This McD doesn't follow the promotions like the others...only reason to go is for the convenience. Example all other McD has cones for $0.79 this one is $1.49

So I stopped in to get a daily double meal, my go to quick grub. They messed up the sandwich, but I'm a good way LOL my double had 3 patties,I had never seen such a thing. I got a daily triple!!! Other than that the service here was friendly and prompt. I still wish you could add mac sauce to your sandwich at the kiosk. It's a pain force people to use a kiosk to order and pay then I still have to call a worker over to add mac sauce anyway. Just put a button on the customization options to add mac sauce. I know you can.

went to the kahala location at about 5am and no one took my order for ten minutes. After waiting I went back around and noticed 3 cars so I left. The palolo location was even worse; their drive thru times average like 30 minutes, AND THEY GOT THE ORDER WRONG.

How do you ruin pre-cooked, prepackaged food? These people getting paid $20 an hour? For what?
Rude, insolent, absolutely horrible customer service. I turned to put something in my bag and the woman yelled, “thank you” at me so I would turn around and grab my drink.
Yelled it at me at 6 o’clock in the morning. There was no one else in line, I was the only person in the drive thru.
Horrible people. HORRIBLE.

Busy lunch very long lines. Only one cashier. Was in drive-through first car all the way down the street. I'm not sure if there are not enough staff

I ordered 3 of the 4 pieces McCrispy strips. They gave me the 3 pieces instead of the 4. Then, they also forgot to bag the sauces. Pay attention please. It’s really fustrating when stuff like this happens. I did call to let them know & someone did help me out. But what an inconvenience

This McDonald at Kahala is okay and subpar. Their sandwiches compared to other locations fall a bit short. I usually order the Spicy McCrispy Chicken sandwich at McDonalds and the sandwich I got from here was very dry with zero sauce on it. They could definitely do better.
