The Micronesian workers there are all incompetent. Barely understand English and just Stare at you with a stupid look on their face when asked for more sauce, Then they treat the customer like like they are above them. Worst service ever. Food wasn't hot, hash brown was soggy right as we were pulling away from mcdonalds.

Approached counter to place order, cleary stated my order and received an incomplete order. I paid full amount and got shorted. When confronting the cashier about the order, cashier denied what my order was and did NOT reimberse me or just give me the missing item from my order...basically keeping my money with only partial product. Unreal and very disappointing to its patron(me).

Place has gone downhill. Gets my order wrong at least a third of the time. Ate in and asked for a refill for the first time since after covid. They now do not give refills, not even for a charge, blaming covind still. Yeah, we all know that's a lie. I will go out of my way to go someplace else from now on.
