I always double checked with them if they giving the sauce and they said should be inside the bag. Then when I come home there is no sauce at all. This happened to me so very often..

For people wondering about their slow service in the drive through; it's also in the walk-in service; they are always short staffed (a cost saving measure), plus, have you ever seen some of them try to figure out money / change, they can't do simple math.
However, for the location, their coffee, their prices (for the most part), I like it there. Oh, and they need better security to make it safer inside the restaurant.
