Who doesn't love McDonald's?¿?... I always stop by a McDonald's if I see one. My Service ? dog also loves it there and her favorite of course is the Chicken nuggets. My favorite is the Mcteri Burger but the only problem with this one is that it only comes out every 6 months. I don't understand why because so many people love the Mcteri Burger. I also think people should try their assorted coffees like, frappe and iced coffees. I only really have one gripe. When did their prices get so high?¿?... It used to be so cheap to eat there, yes they have a App now with discounts and specials but it still somehow cost a lot more than a few years ago...Wheelchair accessibility: I am pretty sure almost all of not all have wheelchair accessibility. But not all have parking like Fort Street Mall. So down there are mostly business workers or people who are shopping in the area but they are always busy.

This is the worst place I have been to. I ordered 2 plain double cheeseburgers with only Big Mac sauce and lettuce.When I got my order. I got 2 double cheeseburgers with Big Mac sauce and ketchup. There was so much Big Mac sauce and ketchup. The double cheeseburgers were in their own swimming pool of sauce.

Service at this particular McDonald's is always lightning fast. I have not received any issues with missing items or incorrectly made items. Even the entire top dining section has been reopened and newly cleaned.

2 stars due to service. Busy store, but clean. Food is mcdonalds, hard to go wrong. Upon receiving my order, I asked for ketchup and was told it was already in the bag. Upon inspection there was 2 packets for my order of a sausage egg sandwich, hashbrown, and deluxe breakfast platter. Returned to counter to ask for more ketchup and an extra fork. The same lady did not acknowledge me at counter. Attempting to look busy, she grabbed a few napkins and wiped the side of a new cup. She then grabbed a fork and ketchup I requested and smugly told me to, "here you go". I smiled said thank you and went on my day. Disclosure. I say you get more with honey than vinegar, so that should indicate my demeanor from beginning to end. Staff member was older than me, I'm in my 30s. The younger staff member were more polite

The food is good but the restaurant literally stinks - I come here iften because its the only one around- and the food is good but because of the hygiene level of some patrons - the place stinks -

I hope customers know that the staff are being extremely disrespectful by swearing at them in Filipino. I'm half Filipino and no restaurant worker ever swore at me in any language until I went to this location. All I asked for was fresh fries, and when they said they couldn't I said "that's alright," but the employee went a step further and swore at me in Filipino thinking I did not understand. Not only were my fries not so fresh, they were also only half full as well. Honey, we're all working hard out here, you're not the only one. That does not give you the right to yell and swear at one of the customers in another language and be petty by messing with their food. The manager needs to be replaced or demoted for allowing this sort of thing to happen out loud and blatantly. I will also be sending a letter to the local franchisee and corporate as well.

They are always crowded and give slow service. The fries are always old, which is really weird considering they are consistently busy! Then when you ask for fresh ones, they just hand you another order of fries from the same batch! SMH!

The food was bomb! The service was really good. (Nothing extraordinary. But, it was still good!) And the atmosphere, at this particular location was normal. Which means a lot lot better than a, whole lot of other places on this, "beautiful" island! :)Parking: There is no parking at all, if you are working in the area is one thing; but, if you are just coming into downtown, then, "good luck" in finding parking at all!
