The Restrooms should be open for customers use....but customers are denied access the Restrooms . Especially when their done with dine in....most customers need use Restrooms. This is bad for business and I've noticed a decline in dine customers.

This McDonalds is not fast food. First, the parking and drive thru are nightmares! The logistics of getting into that drive thru line requires blocking traffic on Liliha and also requires gymnastics abilities that no car can do. I decided to go into the restaurant rather than get frustrated. Wrong move. It took me 10 minutes to order and another 25 minutes to receive my order then another 10 minutes trying to exit the parking lot by any exit possible. And that took place with 4 managers working the line. Not only was my order wrong, it did not include condiments or napkins. I’m not crazy enough to return the wrong order. I chalked it up to a total loss of one hour and a meal. Heed my warning and go elsewhere. Did I mention what I paid? It’s too obscene to mention in a PG review.

I paid M041 and elected drive through. The cashier said my order was pending. So I showed her my phone that my order was PAID by my VISA. So they refused to give me my order going back and forth. So I told her my order number again and she said your order is for $25. So I told her for sausage and coffee?? So she asked me again what is my order number for the THIRD time! She finally called her manager going back and forth discussing this and asked me again what I ordered. Then they finally printed my receipt for my order. This is Christmas! My order was PAID! They have NO HEART and NO SERVICE MINDED! She even wanted me to pay again and come back if there was a mistake on their part. Are you kidding me??

Check your bag before you leave the drive through. They will absolutely not get the order right. I had to go back in the store to ask from a cheeseburger that was missing, and stand there and wait while they tried to find a manager to talk to you. I ended up buying another cheeseburger because it was impossible to stay any longer. Drive a little further and go to a better McDonald's

I went to buy the chicken wraps cos it’s new from their menu. I like going to this place to grab a quick bite instead of going to the downtown location (which we don’t really like cos they are not nice and friendly). All staff here were very friendly, accommodating, has sense of urgency, I asked for extra bag and she gave me one without charging me. I forgot her name but I think that’s the manager. The only thing is that there are quite a few unhoused people are hanging-out outside the store. But other than that everything is good for me. Will keep coming back here.
