A case study in an old school restaurant standing the test of time. Impeccable service despite many of the tables being full. Delicious food with a home style feel. Generous portion sizes for the price, especially in the case of the combo sets. Will definitely be back to try more dishes.

It serves simple Japanese comfort food, including the teishoku set, A set with grilled chicken, ton katsu, tempura, and seasonal vegetable sides, tempura udon with kabocha squash, sweet potato, and shrimp, and butterfish tempura special with authentic misoyaki. The food is very delicious and fresh, with timely and efficient service from friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant offers complimentary hot tea with a great roasted flavor and free green tea and water. Although parking is limited, the restaurant provides a good experience, making it a go-to place for many, with a decent selection of menu items, including butterfish.
