Went to drive thru today about 1:30 pm. Ordered 2 shakes with the intent of using a mobile app coupon for 40percent off one. We arrived at the pay window handed the clerk Marie a $20.00 which she took and then tried to show her the mobile app coupon. Many attempts were made to get her attention but she never responded. So good. When you have a Mcdonald's craving and they get your order spot on, it's the best. Ordered mcdonald's from a different location, and sadly they messed up my order... But even though it's difficult to get into this McDonald's, it was totally worth the struggle and the wait. I just feel bad for the people who got stuck behind us, because the staff tried so hard to get our order right, and they did. This McDonald's is totally worth the effort! McDonalds come on now. It's 2:30 Pm and they allow these homeless to sleep outside where i see people going in and out. Wow. i'm in drive thru and i want to get out but stuck. I won't be ordering anything -thanks a lot. it's like nothing too. the manager seems to think this is normal. Well let this not be the new norm!!
