they actually kicked out the crack head which was nice bc he was def super high and tripping. they were super busy and I actually got my order wrong they immediately fixed it. I also asked for my pie cook to order and they made it even in a rush even tho they already had like a full stack of pies I hate to be a Karen in places so when I am I try to leave good reviews. Whoever the lead lady is was great.

However, the counter area for ordering food can get chaotic when busy, and the lack of touch-panel ordering can be inconvenient. The surrounding area appears abandoned and forlorn since the closure of Foodland.
The parking lot is relatively small, leading to traffic jams when the restaurant is crowded. On the plus side, the large dining room upstairs is well-suited for families with children. The restaurant also features an elevator, making it accessible for wheelchair users, although some customers noted it is not wheelchair accessible.
The service quality can be hit-or-miss, but there have been reports of great customer service, with some employees even taking orders outside like at other fast food places. The soft-serve ice cream machine may be down at times. However, the new McFlurry called "Grandma," featuring vanilla soft serve with butterscotch syrup and crumbled butterscotch candy, has been a hit with customers who find it not overly sweet. Customers appreciate the fresh food and cheerful atmosphere, making it a favorite spot on the island.
