I am disappointed w the individual who took my phone order at the central phone hub. He got my order incorrect and had to be remade at the location, costing me time - there's a reason I called ahead - and the location resources having to remake a pie. The location servers however were professional and respectful. The location staff get the stars; the phone guy gets zero.
This is not the Pizza Hut from my childhood. The pizza at other chains is about the same, and the customer service is generally better. I've been to different locations in town and it seems the same bad service. Also, either the deep dish isn't deep dish anymore, or they get my order wrong constantly.
