School Street McDonald’s is special to me, I think they hire people with a lot of aloha! I mean very kind, helpful employees. I’ve lived in Liliha for 5 years and they’re consistently kind. I’ve never had any issues w/ my orders either. No mistakes. My favs are the Guava Cream Pie & Haupia Pie! In moderation of course! When I first arrived to the island I took my daughter to this McDonald’s after enrolling her at Princess Victoria Elementary and a local lady approached us and gave my daughter a $20 McDonald’s gift card. I was so surprised and she said “just cause.” That was just one of my many encounters with Aloha. I’ve been randomly doing the same and more since then. Another special thing about this McDonald’s location is that for a few years they gave out long stem red roses on Mothers Day, now that’s what I call aloha! One more thing, Don’t mind the homeless, just help them… buy a coffee or a burger and bless them. Enjoy everyone! Aloha!

Food is McDonald's it is consistent across countries and cities. This one tends to have a longer wait time than most I've been to but that's fine. It's nice to have something that is familiar if it's what you are going for.

Been here so many times. The staffs are very friendly and nice! They even know how to custom my meal to make it less expensive for me without me asking or acknowledging the hack.One thing that I don't like is it has the typical smell from the homeless. No offense to homelessness. It's just unpleasant to smell it every time I come to enjoy a burger or a cup of coffee here.Avoid rush hour because it can get ugly.

This location is closed at 530am, DRIVE THRU was BLOCKED OFF by LARGE TRASH CAN... this happened multiple times this month and it was CLOSED for business. *BUSINESS HOURS 0400AM - 1100PM???*
The worst McDonald's I have ever been too. The workers ended up arguing with the customers, the worst customer service and the food isn't correct. They don't own up to their mistakes and I am not sure who runs that fast food place but they should've closed down and Foodland should have been there. I had made 2 online mobile orders to pick up on different days because i was hungry for fries and stuff. I had a friend pick it up and when I got it, the fries wasn't hot and it was missing something from my order. I used to work for McDonald's years ago and it was the best, we competed with each other to see who got the best customer service, it was 30 second service, it was the best. Now days, it's not the same, the workers are lazy and have poor customer service. Someone should look into closing that place down and bring back Foodland.Crisi

This location is good ,always bustling with people tryna get their Fixings as quickly as possible as convenient as possible.And an upstairs dining room to chill and enjoy your meals in the cool A.C.Parking: Its as good as it can get given the area its located .Kid-friendliness: Well what can I say its McDonald's ,If it's not kid friendly it jus wouldn't be Mcdonalds ?

Very busy & profitable location. Poor walk-in service. Store prioritizes drive-thru. Seem like most MCDONALD'S in Oahu prioritizes drive-thru and ignores walk-in customers. Auwe! Homeless people occasionally around. Dollar menu has basically disappeared. Due to wages?... combo meal are $11-12. Go to plate lunch places...L&L, Bob's, Chinese takeout...
