Humans are slowly being replaced by automation. 1st it's order yourself kiosks w/ limited human interaction NEXT robots will be flipping burgers & cooking fry's. 2030 & the future of fast food is upon us.

As far as McDonald's go it's not great. Always busy, the ice cream machine is down often. On my most recent visit the drive thru was closed. But they are on the way home, so they get my business once a month.
