I absolutely love it here. The people are amazing and so sweet and the food is absolutely delicious. It has such a cozy feeling where you feel right at home . Claire was our server and she was so sweet and nice.

We placed an order over the phone, their automated service sent us a link to order online. We ordered from the menu online and when we picked up the food, it wasn’t what we ordered. We called and asked and they said they stopped serving that food item so they just made us a plate without the main entree… it also included shrimp but all we got were the 4 empty heads with legs of the shrimp, no meat. So they didn’t give us the ribs or shrimp we ordered. We called and explained and they said they would have the manager call us back. We never received a call back. So we were billed almost $50 for a plate that had 25-30% of what it was suppose to. The other plate we ordered, which was just fish and chips, we had to toss because we couldn’t chew it, it is was so over cooked. They never did anything about that either… all in we spent over $100 just on food just to have to go somewhere else to eat because they wouldn’t do anything about their screw up. We are staying in the hotel, so we are very close.

Stopped in for a late breakfast. The hostess was not very inviting at all. I was seated and waited 10+ plus minutes with no acknowledgement from anyone. Customer service is GARBAGE at this place!

Super disappointing dinner staff. Morning staff seems to be great but complete opposite later in the day.
Our server kept leaving for extended periods over and over again. It took us having to get up and ask the bar for drinks which he proceeded to not make until I had to walk up again and ask.
Considering it wasn’t very busy not sure why it was so terrible.
Even worse when we let him know we just wanted our bill and not the drinks there was no apology but just a terrible attitude from him.

What an incredible start to our stay on Oahu! The food was incredible, the views are amazing and the service was outstanding! The pancakes with coconut syrup are a must, best we have ever had. Our waitress Ariana was fantastic, and gave us lots of tips for our stay. Will definitely come back here!

Personally, I liked Cinnamons at this location better than Menehune. We had good espresso martinis, but definitely pricey. It was worth it for the view, but $40+ tip for the two of us, no food was a splurge for sure.

I ordered a Benedict with steak for protein and a French toast. The French toast was great, one of the very few I really loved. Very fluffy.. the Benedict, a complete sad waste of money. The hollandaise sauce was way too sour. The steak was gross and I paid $16 to add it to the Benedict and it was a cheap cut and not good so I only ate half of the steak piece on one Benedict and completely ignored the second piece because I felt sick to my stomach eating the Benedict. Paid $54 and left very unsatisfied. The old cinnamon place was better. Never again.

Hawaiian mixed plate excellent ahi tuna and garlic shrimp and very good Mai tai. Bartender David at happy hour was busy and very good too.
Service was not good. Staff not kind at all even when tipping 20% for a take out.

My family and I stay at Ilikai every time we come back to Oahu and by our surprise, Menehune Grille is a new restaurant downstairs. We tried it for a late lunch and happy hour and it was great! The loco moco and chicken wings were so ono we will be back!
