Momosan Waikiki is a good spot for a casual meal. The food is good, and the ramen is OK. The atmosphere can feel a bit chaotic at times, but that’s perfectly understandable for a busy beachside location. Overall, it’s a nice choice if you’re craving OK ramen in Waikiki.

I wanted to eat at a Morimoto restaurant for a while. Sadly, Morimoto Asia was closed for renovation but Momosan was available. I was a little skeptical at first but the service is on point, executed very well. The food was delicious. The sticky ribs were perfect. Casual but nice atmosphere. I wasn't expecting some plastic glassware but it makes sense in an outdoor/beach setting. The food was delicious and won me over.

This place was right downstairs from our hotel and directly across from the beach, so we decided to give it a try. We honestly didn’t expect much, but it turned out to be surprisingly good. The ramen was delicious and ended up being one of my favorite meals in Waikiki. Everything was flavorful, comforting, and exactly what we needed after a day at the beach. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. We enjoyed it so much that we kept talking about how unexpectedly good it was. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Our waiter Caesar was very helpful and, when informed about a shellfish allergy, he made sure to check in with the kitchen and let us know which ramen has absolutely no contamination. when he noticed it, he provided an alternative that does not have any cross contamination.

What a wonderful experience! Been back twice since. Love the sticky ribs. veggie spring rolls are awesome and so are the hand rolls. brought the baby every time. very kid friendly. can’t wait to come back again! #Mimosa and Mai Tai
