The service is a bit casual but not rude, which makes me feel like at home. The food is 10/10. Every dish has the top-tier flavor and quality you can find in US, with only half of the price. Definitely a hidden gem. I will come again the next time visiting Hawaii.
Great sushi! First timer at Morio’s and it was a fun experience. We brought a few bottles of sake so we could share with the staff and with Morio. Omakase was excellent, super fresh fish and perfectly seasoned sushi rice. Will definitely be going back when we can get a reservation!
Had a really great experience at Morio’s. Was able to get a last minute reservation due to a cancellation. The restaurant is small and felt intimate and friendly, Morio came around to offer some whiskey, and the servers were very attentive and kind, taking the time to explain each course and paid attention to preferences. The food was amazing, cooked to perfection where it was cooked, and the sushi/sashimi were so fresh. It was basically fine dining in a casual setting.
