First time visiting the physical location. It is cute. Small and quiet. There are board games and books if you want to hang out. We usually order as a group and have it delivered to work on night shift. Today I went with a jasmine tea and p.o.g. With aloe and boba at 25% sweetness. It hit the spot. I don’t like super sweet drinks and it was still on the sweet side but enjoyable.
They use Oatly oat milk. The oat milk container says it is gluten free. Their soy milk didn’t say gluten free and I didn’t catch the whole list of ingredients. Good to know if you want to avoid dairy and gluten.

It is a great place if you are looking for a quiet cafe with space and wifi for you to do some work with your laptop.
Most drinks are made with milk powder, tea powder, and fruit powder instead of using fresh ingredients. If you’re looking for real brewed tea or fresh fruit flavors, this might not be the place. The drinks are decent if you don’t mind a more artificial taste, but personally, I prefer shops that use fresher and more natural ingredients.

I asked if they could mix flavors for the smoothies. And was greeted with a quick yes! As well as an offer for toppings. And they had ALOE!!!! I love that! I got the passion fruit and mango smoothie

I absolutely love this place. This is my go to location to get anything done. I spend hours on end here. The drinks are amazing, the workers even more so. The service here is phenomenal. The workers are some of my favorite people on the island, especially Joanne and Scott. Terrence, Connor, Shayna and Kawelo are all phenomenal as well. This is a very welcoming environment.
I personally enjoy getting the Thai iced tea blended, winter Mellon tea, honeydew mellow and Matcha milk tea. They have several nondairy options available as well.
You can get regular coffee / espresso as well. When I have a long day of studying I start off with my espresso and then move on to a tea.
Limited food options at this time but they allow you to bring outside food into the establishment. I would recommend 10/10 everyday of the week.

I worked with George and Kawelo for my boba catering for my destination wedding and we are more than satisfied with their communication and service. Even if they were just dropping the boba teas off, their team had no issue with my instructions on how we wanted them displayed on the table. We ordered 50 boba teas - half jasmine and half taro, which are my husband's and my favorite flavors. One of our guests never had taro milk tea before and it instantly became her favorite! I definitely recommend booking them for your event!

*** MUST DRINK - BEST CEREAL BUBBLE TEA IN ALL OF OAHU ***I had this like 10 times 5 years ago in the Japanese village in alo Moana mall where it was originally located which blew me away I was skeptical this time cause they changed locations, meaning they could of got rid of the drink menu they once had, fortunately they still had it!!PROS• fruity pebbles is literally the best drink they have• cookie butter is soo accurateCONS• this place lacks parking100/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND IVE BEEN COMING BACK HERE EVERY CHANCE I GET
Drinks are very good (on good days) with a variety of selections. However, the gal, who is the manager, is so moody that her attitude affects the drink quality. We've come here regularly and know how each drink tastes over here. Once in a while ,we could tell our drinks tasted "off" and we just let it go. We don't expect it to be perfect all the times. However, it's been happening more often. We started to notice that when a drink is bad, it's made by the same gal and by not one of the new employees?! Girl, get your act together!
