Just a tip for other customers, make sure the employees hear and follow through with your order. Came in, wanted & paid for the "Buy 3, Get 1 Free" promo. But I didn't pay attention to the employee not putting in the other 2 cookies in my takeout bag.Just keep calling the store if you need to get through to them. The employee was able to correct the situation after talking to her manager. Also fyi, their website cannot do anything for in-store purchases according to their customer service support online.Good cookies though!

I remember Mrs Fields when it was a stall at the entrance of Daiei Kaheka (now Don Quijote) decades ago, nice to see it is still in Hawaii. Close competitor to Cookie Corner a hundred feet away.

Back in the day Mrs. Fields cookies were my favorites and I just loved the oatmeal raisin Debra's special. Ever since I discovered Mrs. Fields in Ala Moana I vowed to shop there and I finally did. I ordered 2 Debra specials and 2 peanut butter cookies. I got the buy 3 and get 1 free special and I was charged over $11, kinda steep. The Debra's special was thinner than before, the flavor was the same but the texture was different. We loved the peanut butter cookies. I don't know if I would return because my treats were kind of expensive.

A very classy place

Great cookies all the time. Great service sometimes. The one mean lady employee should no longer be working there.

First timer to this storefront and it was delicious!Ordered 12 nibblers, which is another word for their small cookies (think half dollar sized, roughly), and it costs me 11.00$ plus tax.Tried their: sugar cookie with sprinkles (5/10 due to lack of softness); cinnamon sugar cookie (8/10); white chocolate macadamia nut cookies (10/10 so delicious, will order more); and their semi sweet chocolate chip cookies (also 10/10, now a family favorite). The have a wide variety of cookie and brownie flavors, even cookie cakes can be made to orser for special occasions! Order online, order in person, they do delivery, curbside pickup, and in store pickup. Staff are friendly and quick.Store front is clean, signs are huge and noticeable, but the AC was down? Warm cookies on a warm day thats for sure haha.Located at Ala Moana Shopping Center next to Old Navy, Ross, Honolulu Bistro. Lots of parking available. Will be back for sure!

I went in to try a peanut butter cookie and I wish I Had Not. I paid $3.66 for a small, bland and putty like Concoction. The " competition around the corner is just as expensive; but it Tastes like a Peanut Butter Cookie.

Are you a softie for cookies?!Well if you are Mrs. Fields cookies are exactly that soft and I do prefer a more firm and crunchy if the edges are crunchy I wouldn't mind a bit but it wasn't so already I wasn't a fan of this place. It's been forever since having Mrs. Fields as it's one of the first cookie shops that I could remember so seeing one pop in Ala Moana Center it was a sweet thing to see.Prices though....omg a bit too much for me as one cookie is $3.33 and is insane when they talk about their special of buy 3 get one free when it's part of the menu...that's not a special. Besides cookies they have nibblers which are little cookie nuggets, brownies, cookie cakes and even ICEE!I actually came in once and there was a customer and took forever to look and decided so the clerk just stuck with her and I got frustrated and moved on to a neighboring store to later return and seeing flies in the display now has gotten me dropping out and not getting a cookie but on the counter they had bags of special which really are "special" assuming these were day old cookies it was $5 a bag which was my kind of price and decided to purchase that instead.Inside was four cookies which originally would cost me $10.37 but sure there was the mystery surprise which I didn't mind as all the types sounded yummy, what I got was two Sugar Butter with Sprinkles, Peanut Butter and a White Chocolate Macadamia Nut...not bad huh!?! Cookies though I'm sorry are super soft and sweeeeeeet! Ate one of the sugar cookie and the sprinkles went everywhere...I'm done...thank goodness I got the special bag.I am one tough cookie but this softie got me seriously thinking how it's just not the same...

Seriously the worst customer service. Bought 40 small cookies for $30, and I asked if I could get 10 cookies per bag, as I was passing them out to coworkers. Lady looked at me up and down and was like "Nope, that's way too many Bags. I can only do 3 bags max." I even offered to pay for the bags, and she still kept going NOPE, way too many bags. I've never seen someone so stingy. Her overall attitude was just so rude too. Won't be going back. Super disappointed as I loved the mainland Mrs. Fields.

If you like chewy cookies then Mrs. Field's is the place to go. I am happy they are back at the Ala Moana Center just outside the food court serving their famous chewy cookies. I enjoy the Debby's special oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip, and peanut butter cookies. All were delicious and I love chewy cookies. If you are not a fan of chewy cookies then this is not the place to visit. Service 3.5 stars, value 3.5 stars (cookies could be a little bigger), taste 4 stars, chewiness 5 stars.Check them out and enjoy.

I heard. That Mrs Fields made a return back to Hawaii at the Ala Moana shopping center and I never bothered to go look for it until.... I happened to drive by it! I think for those of us who grew up with Mrs Fields cookie back in the day, before cookie corner was born, Mrs Fields cookie was soft and chewy and of course baked fresh daily. So, of course I had to try this once upon a time childhood fave of mine cookie. My how time flies and do how the prices increased too with everything else that is going up! Like cookie corner, each cookie is weighed and priced. Here at mrs fields, they don't weigh cookies, and most cookies are buy 3 get 1 free, and the nibblers, the bite size ones are buy 20, get 10 free. They also make decorated cookies and decorated birthday - ocassion cookies too! Cookies are pricey at 3.00 each (include tax) or the special buy "deals". My suggestion is, eating the cookies when bought, because you will benefit the most of the deliciousness of the soft, chewy, gooey mrs fields cookie. I let move sit for a few hours and it turned a little hard. Like always, it's great to see something fromThe past make it's way back! Go visit and give it a try. You can find them ocean side near Jollibees!

12/24/22: We are visiting Hawaii for Christmas & this was our first time at this cookie shop. We were staying at the Ala Moana hotel & wanted something sweet. In walking into the mall, we ran into this store. It was close to closing time. They were cleaning up and sweeping when we walked in. 1 staff member was sitting in the lobby on her cellphone. The one sweeping the floor stopped to ring us and a few other people up. She was friendly. I've never had Mrs. Fields cookies before. I really had a taste for cake, so I settled on a chocolate chip muffin. My boyfriend got some cookies. The muffin was good once I microwaved it. The cookies were stale and hard. Definitely not what I like. They are expensive too, and I don't know if it's just because we are in Hawaii. The prices here are outrageous.I would recommend the muffin but not the cookies.

First time trying Mrs. Fields since they returned to Hawaii. It's not as good as Cookie Corner, but it's still pretty good! I prefer softer cookies like these. I like that the oatmeal has walnuts.
