I remember Mrs Fields when it was a stall at the entrance of Daiei Kaheka (now Don Quijote) decades ago, nice to see it is still in Hawaii. Close competitor to Cookie Corner a hundred feet away.
Back in the day Mrs. Fields cookies were my favorites and I just loved the oatmeal raisin Debra's special. Ever since I discovered Mrs. Fields in Ala Moana I vowed to shop there and I finally did. I ordered 2 Debra specials and 2 peanut butter cookies. I got the buy 3 and get 1 free special and I was charged over $11, kinda steep. Just a tip for other customers, make sure the employees hear and follow through with your order. Came in, wanted & paid for the "Buy 3, Get 1 Free" promo. But I didn't pay attention to the employee not putting in the other 2 cookies in my takeout bag.Just keep calling the store if you need to get through to them.
