They don't have everything in this location.Limited menu items.All items is Higher Price in this store. ??????????And their App doesn't work for everyone's phone system, either.They just moved to this store on 10/20/23 Friday at location :Makai Market Food Court,1450 Ala Moana Blvd, #1160-S,Street Level # 1,Honolulu, HI 96814,Mon - Sunday 10:00 am - 8:00 pmThey don't have Drive Thru, either.Also they are Not Open 24 hours daily !!!!Now, It is inside the shopping Mall,Facing Ocean...read full review

First time visiting Jack in the box as we don’t have this where we live. Ordered double cheese burger meal, spicy chicken meal, sides of tacos, onion rings, curly fries, Oreo shake. Chicken burger was okay, lots of sauce, shake was decent but cheese burger and tacos we struggled to finish. Meat quality was poor, tasted like eating cheap 2 star meat from supermarket, cheese was just sauce, and tacos were stale and barely any filling inside. Fries were Luke warm. This was the tiniest eat-in store I’ve ever seen. The food was predictable and relatively fresh considering it’s all imported. Prices were predictable, higher than mainland for the same product but to be expected in Hawaii. If you’re looking for basic fast food fare, come here.
