Fast service however i got beef yakisoba and there was hardly any beef in it..all noodles. Was disappointed. Asked if they could add more and they said it would be extra.

The ramen was too salty for my taste and the dumplings tasted generic. It's a dine-in meal during lunch time in the Ala Moana food court, but the wait was reasonable.

Service is poor. Staff do not seem pleased to serve you. I was disappointed with the vegetable ramen. There was hardly any vegetables in it - mostly noodles. Rice is separate - costs 2.20. I had to ask for a spoon - not included. This food outlet is in the food court of the Ala Moana shopping centre - s short walk from the Hilton Hawaiin Village. Overall I was not impressed.

I liked the yakisoba but a little stronger sauce would have been better.

Not the best value & mediocre-tasting ramen here. I tried their "Shoyu Ramen" ($13.04, Sept. 2023) - broth was passable & everything else just OK. A bit overpriced and the lady at the counter seemed tired/bored/unappreciative of their customers. I'll dine somewhere else next time.

GARBAGE FOOD - my noodle dish was >50% cabbage and maybe 2% pork. Daughter's was like Mr. Noodle. Sooooo many better options.

Ramen as you would expect to be served, these days many other establishment have very similar quality to offer so as to how good, it's average.

The shoyu ramen with pork and gyoza were great

Very touristy. Portion size is really small. The gyoza are so tiny. Frozen & reheated in the microwave. The staff thought I was dumb, that I didn't see that my gyoza were not on the flat top. They were put, scorching hot, into the takeout box, and according to G.R., anything that is served that hot has been heated in the microwave. I wasn't expecting a gourmet gyoza, but maybe something a little more than, "I could have done this at home.". The flavor and texture are exactly the same as the frozen ones I did prepare at home last week, that was twice as many. The restaurant was not busy at 3:30pm on a Tuesday afternoon, so making a fresh batch would have given the staff something to do, other than standing around squawking with eachother in a foreign language. If that had been done, I would have left a tip. Live and learn.

When I used to work in Ala Moana I could rely on this place for ramen that I would rate five stars. Maybe as time has gone on I realized I was just hangry during work, so anything would taste amazing. If you're in the mall, don't wanna leave, and want some simple ramen then I would come here. But if you're willing to make a short drive you'll find much more high quality ramen places. If you compare this place to it's neighbor, Barrio, it's like fast-food versus restaurant, and there's nothing wrong with that! If you eat ramen as much as I do, maybe you know the feeling of what I mean as far as flavors. The biggest differences I've noticed: noodles and price. Naniwa serves saimin noodles while barrio serves ramen so do with that information what you will. This place is also a few dollars cheaper so that could be a deciding factor for you! Although, when I came here, their gyoza dumplings were not up to par. All that considered, rating it 3/5 stars for an OK rating seems accurate to me for my experience.

Pure, unadulterated trash. the cold ramen plate I was served was more similar to a plate of inedible rubber-bands with what they called were vegetables and a sauce that was more like a soy sauce with added msg. They should truly be ashamed.

The food is ok. The spicy beef was slightly spicy. And the flavor was passable. But it was not great. My wife had the calamari and it was much the same. Ok but next time I will try something else.

Spicy beef ramen used to be good, but yesterday their spicy beef ramen tasted like salted water with few drops of colored oil, for the price they charge it is so disappointing.
