Oh My Grill- McCully

Poor dining service - Monday (11/24/2025) somewhere between 7-9pm.

Came to dine in the other night and had the most distasteful server at our table. Not going to say who because you'll know when you meet Her.

Lacking eye contact and almost dismissive as if she didn't care what you have to say, but that she just wanted to get it over with it. Understandable, service industry isn't the greatest, I work in it myself.

I brought along my extended family who just arrived on the islands and looking for a quick place to eat. Recommended this spot because the food is local and yummy. The prices were reasonable as well. For the most part, staff has been friendly and inviting, except that night the server ruined my appetite.

She had forgotten one of my orders and did not speak to us very politely after we had only said a few soft words and typical greeting.

She spoke nicely to the ones ordering takeout, but whenever she came by the table her tone of voice would change - harsh like we were annoying her.

I have a good friend that works at this restaurant and I can't imagine working with someone like her, I hope they keep their staff in check. She was quite rude and never thought I'd leave such a negative review. I hope by next time, the staff can serve more with aloha, refrain from shouting across the room, and at the very least remember our orders (I only ordered 2 items) I don't think it was too much to ask.

I love this spot! Best burger on island. Wagyu burger is what I always stop by for. Service is always fast and excellent. Good people.

Came in for a cheeseburger meal. I was sweating when I got there cause I ride a bike and walk everywhere. Pay me no attention at first. I requested lettuce and onion on my cheeseburger, but they disregarded when I placed it had to pay two dollars extra after I got it and they placed it on their cheeseburger was OK. People‘s attitude was not that great (Workers). Has potential but will update if anything changes.

I had a really disappointing experience at Oh My Grill. When I walked in, the owner didn’t greet me or acknowledge me at all. I said I was ready to order, but I was ignored as she continued to count cards. I had to say I was ready twice before I could even place my order.

What really bothered me was being told to wait outside while other customers—who appeared to be of a different ethnicity—were allowed to wait inside for their takeout orders. It felt unfair and uncomfortable. When my buzzer finally went off, the owner insisted it hadn’t, even though it clearly had.

I spoke to the owner to explain that I felt discriminated against, but she dismissed my concerns completely. I even left an 18% tip on a $40 order, but the way I was treated made me regret doing so. I won’t be returning after this experience.

Ordered one piece of fried chicken. Waited about ten minutes for it. Was not edible. Overcooked and unidentifiable. Not sure what part of the chicken it was. These guys were really good once but that’s no longer the case. Save your $4 and go elsewhere.

Good food at an affordable price. Cafe is super cute with music set at a moderate level. Area is clean and i had no issues when having breakfast here.

Amazing! Service was fast and friendly. Very clean restaurant. Food is very tasty and affordable. Best prices than any local food place in the state!, hands down, guaranteed. Extensive menu. Open super late too. Close to Waikiki and Ala moana. I had hamburger steak, gravy was yummy and the patties were hand made and perfectly charred. I will be back every time I visit oahu.

Today I got to try their Teri Beef Saimin for $8.99 and it was good, especially the teri beef with an outstanding taste. Service is good also even when the place is so busy.
