The lady working (Ming) was so rude and literally gave me 2 pieces of beef for the upgrade to angus steak. Go king st or Ala moana this is by far worst location and shitty service!

We were the only 2 people there in a tiny Panda, ordered 2 meals, they made both and then they completely forgot one of them on the counter (sadly I didn't notice).It's usually fine when we order online, but it was irritating that my S.O. didn't get dinner, it ruined their night.. So disorganized, and no communication (probably because they didn't even write on the meal containers).P.S., also their teriyaki chicken is consistently stringy and squishy. Maybe more of an issue with Panda supplying low quality chicken; but for some reason I feel I get it more often at this location.

To be honest with you - pandas is not the first choice of meal ever. It's hard to get a Chinese person to want to order fake Chinese food. However, they sometimes partner with groups and do fundraisers where a portion of the proceeds will go to a specific cause. There was one on Friday specifically that benefits the animal education initiative of Hawaii. You just need to order online and add in a specific code for your order to count towards the fundraiser. A bonus that week was that you also get a Ala carte side of their newest entree called sizzling shrimp with any order! A bonus was that it was combinable with a fundraiser code! I ordered a plate with chow fun, string beans, and steak for an additional cost. It was approximately $13 but I also got a side of shrimp for free! This location is next to Safeway. And since it was a Friday, the parking lot was chaos!!! They do have parking available, but it's hard to find when $5 fridays is happening. It honestly took me longer to find parking than ordering my food online. There are some tables outside if you wanted to eat there also. To be honest with you again. I didn't eat the food, lol! I actually gave it to my dad. But I'm sure it tastes consistent to any pandas food. Lol.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I've never had a problem with any other Panda Express franchises, but this one was the WORST I've ever been too. Customer service: the worker that helped me didn't smile. Looked at all the other workers faces and it felt so depressing in there. And the cashier didn't understand me all that well when I asked if they had any additional sauces. Food: They give smaller portions for everything. It was like the worker was scared to put food on my plates. They had small portions of rice and noodles and esp when it came down to the entrees. I ordered two orders of the cream cheese Rangoon and she said it'll be abt 2 minutes, which wasn't a problem. PLEASE tell me why multiple of my cream cheese Rangoons had little to no cream cheese inside? I waited two minutes and wasted $6 for some fried wonton wrappers wth. I tried calling them that night but it rang for a long time before going to voicemail. Def do NOT recommend! Go to other Panda Express locations! I don't expect too much from Panda's bc I've never had a problem, but some things I do have expectations on. For example, having a smile on y'all faces & at the very least, put the cream cheese in cream cheese Rangoons smh

Our family loves this joint! Food always fresh and delicious!!! Thank you staff to your friendly service. I love you guys. Don't know why other people will give them low score but maybe they expect too much. Great local people working here me and my family has been visiting here for years never have bad experience.
