To start, I went to the counter to order and the man working behind the counter had headphones in and was on his phone so he didn't recognize there was a customer until I said something loudly to him. Then, I ordered a meatball pepperoni Papadias, which I was told by the worker that he had to have his manager come forward and put a code in to re-access the ordering system. The worst pappa John's I have ever been to. Very disappointed in the quality of food and the attitude of one of the employees who called herself an area manager. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered a large pizza, well done. Ordered came 1 hour late. Called the manager 20 minutes passed the delivery time and all I was told was there were no drivers and door dash was on its way. Pizza finally arrived, soggy, barely warm, with barely any toppings.
