The fact that the wait times for delivery are not readily available on the website is absolutely bull. I can't tell you how many times we have come home late looking for a quick bite, ordered the pizzas just for the confirmation email to tell us they won't be ready for 2 hours. We call to cancel and the lines are busy and we are sent to voicemail that's not set up or the person on the line is rude as all h***.
