Amazing! I love the employees at this location. They're very heavy on customer service & always seek ways for improvement! Would recommend ordering online for carryout and delivery, because online has better deals than what they have instore. Also, past hickam hours, Target Papa John's handles all Hickam orders. Do you want your pizza in a timely fashion? Do you ant your order to be right? Do you want fresh pizza that cooked to perfection? If you answered "No." then this is your store. You will always be disappointed. You will always be waiting for your order regardless of carry out or delivery. If you like the sensation of pure underwhelming performance then you are in for a treat. But a very late and very blah treat.

I guess it is too much to ask for 2 medium pizzas to be ready at 1830 when we place the order at 1600. An hour and a half is to little time to prepare 2 pizzas. Then there is nothing offered in compensation. Just sit and wait for 20 minutes with a hungry 8 year old and a 4 year old. Thank you for being so inefficient.....Well I guess I should have checked the pizzas before I left, they have the wrong toppings. Wow
