“I just wanted to take time to recognize Laina for her amazing customer service. Not just today, but every single time that I come to the store. She’s always such a joy and light. She’s always Professional, which I know should be a bare minimum, but.. it’s a highlight these days. I’ve come into that store on CRAZY days. Like the oven was broken and orders were backing up and she handled it all with grace and customer service. I would strongly consider coming to this pizza chain over the other ones nearby solely based on her service especially during peak hours.
