This could be one of the best bakery in town if only they are organized and clean. Also more training for the workers how to handle food and dealing with customers. I have been here few times now since they opened. I normally go to the one at Bishop St. they are more friendly, attentive and fast with their customer service. The reason I come here, because it's near the mall.

Paying one of the most expensive bakery, you think you'd be satisfied. Getting home and seeing all your pastries stacked pile on each other (literally sticking together) when I specifically asked to separate a couple of them (donut). So disappointed of this place. Ugh

What a ridiculous parking system… When I called about parking, the staff told me that parking was available in the same hotel building with a 20 minute grace period. But you can’t even use the elevator to go down because you’re not a hotel guest. And when you try to return to your car, the hotel security won’t let you use the stairs, so you have to take the elevator to the 3rd floor and then go down the stairs again.

You have to go inside the lobby to get to the bakery. Bought a lot of stuff and she didn’t bother giving me a bag. Terrible service.

I was in town for three weeks and I would stop there every A few times a week in the evening for a chai tea latte iced and a few pastries and it was amazing. The chai tea latte was probably the best latte I’ve had. And the evening staff was extremely friendly and so sweet. They were so friendly and had wonderful conversations. Definitely a must!

Hot latte and pasties are good! My favs are Raspberry Almond Croissant and Sweet Potato Bread. The staff are also friendly.
I wish that the entrance is not inside the hotel and the seating area outside (only available one) is clean though.

My wife and I came here for a light lunch. We loved it. I had the turkey goat cheese and cranberry croissant. It was amazing. Awesome flavors. Definitely quality ingredients. My wife had an egg and cheddar croissant. It was also nice but both would have been better warmed. Alas the warming oven wasn’t working. We understand. New restaurants have start up challenges. The prices were very fair and the quality off the charts.

The only slight negative happened around my request for a cup of ice water. I was given a tiny cup. Like a Dixie cup. I ended up coming back in for a refill and the person helping me was visibly annoyed.

On a positive note. The restaurant is well staffed and service was prompt. We’ll definitely be going back regularly but I might take my own water bottle.

Pastries are too sweet, and I gotta admit, I have addiction for sweet treats but this is too sweet for me. Since it's inside a hotel, it gets tight to be there in the breakfast. Seats are located in front of the hotel property.
