Patisserie La Palme D'Or

I had their strawberry tart in the past and really enjoyed it, but this time it was terrible. It tasted stale and rancid, which was very disappointing because I had never experienced anything like that from this place before. It used to be my favorite item there, so I was extremely let down.

We also purchased the Mont Blanc, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst cakes I have had. After tasting it, we had to throw it away. I paid $15 for such a small cake through Uber Eats, and the quality was very poor.

Overall, my family and I were extremely disappointed. I wanted to give one star, but because I have had a nice experience here in the past, I am giving two stars. We will not be coming back ever again.

I didn't buy my coffee, because it was less than $5, and they don't accept card when it's less than $5. Girl asked several times to purchase something else. It's a shame. It's a myriad other places where customers can buy a cup of coffee.

Got two cakes and when the sales associate was talking to me, food came out of her mouth like little bits and she spit it all over the cake and counter while she was talking. She was wearing no gloves or mask. It was so disgusting.

**Whatever you do, do not get a coffee here.** Mediocre is a generous statement. Go anywhere but here for any drink. Cakes and pastries are gorgeous (and very expensive.)

Please take your business elsewhere. The quality of this place has gone drastically downhill while the prices have inflated beyond reason. They reuse and sell old merch and make their workers pick up dropped fruit and stick them in the shortcake. They abuse the employees in various ways while paying minimum wage.

Thrilled with this stunning & delicious cake that made my birthday so incredibly special! We ordered the Mille Crepe — coconut cream in between layers of crêpes with mango, lilikoi, and banana jam on a sponge cake. Such a light and refreshing dessert. So grateful they use only the most pure, high-quality ingredients! It was a delight to work with Hiromi and her team; they run their business with excellence, ensure seamless ordering and pickup, and joyfully handle all questions and requests. Upon pickup we were excited to purchase a few additional gourmet treats in the bakery. So glad to have discovered this beautiful shop!

This bakery really has DELICIOUS cakes.

The flavors are so delicate and refined. I was happy to find cakes that aren’t just loaded with sugar and butter.

Recently they were even able to accommodate a custom birthday cake, the day before Mother’s Day.

At the birthday, everyone loved the gluten-free chocolate cake. And the strawberry shortcake for Mother’s Day was a big hit! Everyone asked where I got it from. A few said it was the best cake they ever had.

The young lady that helped me was very kind and patient.

Mother's Day waiting patiently in line to pay for my purchases which was over $100.

Customer walks in with her son and the worker ask her how can I help you when I'm next in line to PAY.

When I spoke up and said I was next the worker told ME to wait patiently and I said but shouldn't you help me first she didn't apologize and continue to help the customer. I left my $100 purchases on the counter and told her to have a nice day. Terrible customer service she needs to go to JAPAN and learn how to treat your customers.

I come here for my favorite cheesecake, strawberry shortcake & tiramisu. Every year. I come here for a special birthday cake for my daughter. This place is very special.

Idk what happened to this place. Previously the strawberry shortcake had three layers of berries and 3 layers of chiffon with a vanilla cream. Now it’s flavorless cream, barely any strawberries, and the chiffon cake I swear to god is milk bread. It’s so dry it takes the moisture from your mouth.

The ladies that work there are smiley and kind still but this place really isn’t even close to the best bakery on the island.
