Can’t say anything about the food but my drinks were good and the service was great! There was an obnoxious guy at the bar who was giving the servers a hard time for some reason and they handled the situation with patience and kindness.

Came in for a drink during a flight delay and had the worst service I have had in a very long time. The middle aged heavy set bartender Jennifer was instantly rude to me and my partner who are both African American. Before we could even say hello or have a seat, she yelled from across the bar telling us not to put our bags in a chair. No greeting or anything, just that.

Every Caucasian couple who came in after us got big friendly welcomes and conversation while we were ignored. I had to wave her down to order and when she finally came over she hit us with a cold and nasty what can I get you. When our food finally came she literally just sat it down in front of us and walked away without a word. The difference in how we were treated compared to others was obvious and off putting and seemed incredibly intentional.

One star for how we were spoken to, how we were treated, and how unwelcome we were made to feel. It’s insane because this is a random airport restaurant, not a Michelin star, or even upscale quality and she acts as if she’s serving rare luxurious meals…

Food is average and overpriced for the quantity. Ordered a veg power salad and I could count the number of garbanzo beans. It also didn’t have arugula. If I pay 18$ for dish, it is not unusual to expect it to serve as a meal. This wasn’t whole or sufficient.

Avoid the older Asian waiter. He is rude doesn’t answer your questions and just walks away. Food is typical airport restaurant food.

The service and food were wonderful. It was a nice place to hang out and get a bite and a drink while waiting for a flight. The bartender was friendly and accommodating, and made a nice Bloody Mary. The only downside was the price of the drinks that almost equaled the price of the crispy fish sandwich I had.

Food was good, service very fast. Prices are normal for an airport.

We were pleasantly surprised by both the food and service. We sat at the bar and Sammy was our server. She was great, super friendly, and very attentive.

Food was great, but the service was super slow. The waitress is on island time and you should use the app to order and pay.

Service was excellent and food was very good. If this restaurant was in my home town, I would go to it.

This might be one of the better spots to eat on this side of the airport. We were lowkey in a rush and asked our server how long it would take if we ordered two Punahele Burgers. Without hesitation she said 12 minutes. We had enough time so we went for it with regular fries. To our surprise our food came out at exactly 12 minutes and we couldn’t believe how accurate she was.

The burger itself was solid and the garlic aioli definitely enhanced it. I would definitely get the burger again. The only downside was the fries since they weren’t crispy and were a bit soggy. But overall it was still a good meal because of the burger.

Everything was going great. I was greeted in a short amount of time and the bartender was very attentive! The other bartender, to whom I can’t remember her name, was very manic. She was super sweet till I asked her for my shot that I ordered with my drink that I waited for almost 15min for. She proceeded to call me out in front of other guests and let her emotions get the best of her. She claimed that I already got my shot and I never did. I asked for the manager and to review the cameras many time, but I never was granted my request. I felt truly disrespected and embarrassed for something I was not responsible for. She did not want to accept responsibility for her actions and was projecting onto me. I wish her healing and growth. But this kind of behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. I’ve been in it for over 15 years. And by the way, she has the braces. I know it started with a T. Again, I wish her love and aloha and truly some growth.

This was the best airport dining experience we have ever had. Maria was the best waitress! So friendly, helpful and very attentive. We asked her for recommendations and she gave 2-3 recommendations one being the fish tacos which my husband said were very good. I got the Punahele burger which was very good as well. The food was very good quality, served fresh and hot. What impressed us most was Maria and her great service. She checked back with us several times to make sure everything was good and to see if we needed anything. My husband traveled for years and said he has never had such good service at an airport restaurant. Thank you Maria for your warm, friendly personality and making us feel so welcome and providing such a pleasant dining experience while we waited for our flight. Mahalo
