Mahalo. We received excellent service tonight. Thank you for being knowledgeable about food allergies and what to avoid vs order. It was a nice surprise to be able to order a modified burger and gluten free bun. The fries were enjoyed by my spouse since there is not a dedicated fryer.
Dietary restrictions: Our waiter was aware of allergy restrictions. Gluten free hard seltzers available. They offer a gluten free bun that is not listed on the menu. No items are listed as gluten free because of cross contamination risks in the small kitchen. No dedicated fryer. I ordered the burger without crispy onions. So far so good. It’s been over an hour and am still feeling okay.

Just walked out of your crap hole after meeting the Hawaii’s rudest server EVER! The See U Next Thursday Server was working in the Closed Section on the last side by the windows. You may want to rethink who your hire to represent your establishment.

Experienced micro aggressions from bar tender and wait staff and was basically ignored during my 35 minute stay at the restaurant. I was spoken to in a condescending tone by bartender and ignored by waitstaff so I was unable to order any food. When I spoke up about it, they walked away went in the back kitchen and laughed at me. Do not patronize this restaurant at the airport. Read reviews below. Others have experienced the same problems with the bartender and waitresses. The bartender literally walked away and went in the back and started laughing loudly at me. Lol

Service was wonderful, however after only ordering waters and the clubhouse chips appetizer that is $19 + tip, we were charged $75. We’ve tried calling 20+ times, left multiple voicemails with no response and now their phone goes straight to voicemail.

The bartender working this morning at 930am on August 31, 2024 was the opposite of harmony and hospitality....DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT....
She was rude to my group, a young woman who asked to change the channel on the TV, a couple that were at the bar but only one of them seated.
If you don't like or have the patience to work with the general public THEN DON'T!

Absolutely poor service. Had to chase down the waitress and then deal with horrible attitude and then wait for about 20+ minutes for a single drink!!! .The place seems understaffed for the amount of customers coming by. Grab a a bite and drink anywhere else in the terminal!!!
Absolutely disgusting service. They don't know how to open a Guinness can, then they didn't want to replace it and even more were rude about it, manager showed up like 20 minutes later and didn't even want to listen, was interrupting me. Never again.

Clean enough place. I ordered the fish sandwich and fries. My husband got the burger and fries. My sandwich came out first, before our beverages (coke and red bull). The bun on my sandwich was dry and hard (stale) they had toasted one side. They never stayed at the table long enough for me to tell them or checked on the quality of the food. They brought my husbands burger 10 minutes after mine and our drinks just before. I ate the fish and filling. The server came by and asked if I was done and took away my plate. Never asked any details or feedback. Just wanted to let you know you need new staff. The cook who handled the bun knew it was stale. I literally had to fight to cut through it. The servers don’t ask about anything, and my husband needed something the came over asked if I was done and then left before he could even speak. 28.00 each for a sandwich and fries but we won’t be tipping because the service and food was abysmal.

I’m very easy to please if it’s edible and decent service I’m usually happy but this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had and very expensive: Chicken strips worse than a frozen TV dinner. All fried food tastes like the grease hasn’t been changed in weeks. Beers drastically over priced. The food was so terrible we couldn’t eat it and got Burger King instead. Worst part was while leaving I asked the bartender for a glass of water to fill a cup for our flight and she told us to go to the filling station all the way down the terminal. I said “ ma’am we just spent $150 here can I please have a glass of water” she proceeded to very rudely say “can you give me a minute” and turned her back to me to continue talking to 3 other locals airline ground crew instead after I bought 3 drinks from our waitress that will prob give her tip share. This was the last few minutes of our trip to Hawaii and really was a low way to end it. Aloha must only be real when you are paying for it to her. Our waitress was very nice tho and we left her a very generous tip considering the terrible food. With all that said regardless of the atrocious attitude from the bartender the food was absolutely horrible and for 3 people was $150. 07/25/24 8:34pm.
