Delicious, and generous portions. Expect a dark broth for the pho. The broth had enough flavor that it was one of the few times I felt like I didn't need to add chili oil or Sriracha to it. I parked at the nearby Safeway and walked here.
Pho not good, padThai too sweet, broken restroom( have no choice but to walk 7 mins to Safeway to use the restroom). Won’t come back again..

It is def not genuine Vietnamese pho according to my 10-year experience of eating pho. My friend has something like a fried noodles (pad thai) and it is sweet as hell and mine pho has a weird strong fragrance of some herb.

Humble Vietnamese spot here around the famous Leonard’s bakery. Pho was clean, tasty, and plenty. The peanut sauce for the summer rolls were flavorful and not too heavy on the peanut. The summer rolls were clean and fragrant. If you’re looking for a Vietnamese restaurant for solid pho and other dishes, this would be your best bet.

Tried the combination pho for the first time. Decent, but needs more meat in the large size. Service was seriously lacking - only got a water refill once, and had to remind the male server for the check 3 times before he remembered to check us out.

This is an informal, local Vietnamese restaurant on Kapahulu, a street with a lot of good restaurants. They care about the food and it shows. I strongly recommend the banh mi and the beef salad (which is extraordinary). And the spring rolls are fun.
Delicious, great service. Noodle bowl and spring rolls were bomb.
I recently dined at Pho K&A Local Vietnamese Cuisine and was really looking forward to the experience. Since it was my birthday, The pho was absolutely fantastic—flavorful, aromatic, and cooked to perfection. However, the calamari left much to be desired. it wasn't cooked properly, the texture was tough, chewy, and a bit rubbery, which made it quite disappointing. I did speak to the staff about potentially replacing it, but unfortunately, they informed us that it wasn’t possible. Overall, I had a great experience with the pho, but the calamari fell short and the customer service response could have been more accommodating. I hope to return and give other dishes a try, but I would recommend steering clear of the calamari.
Some of the best vermicelli I’ve had. Service is amazing and the restaurant was very clean. I will be back for sure.
