Pieology is similar to Chipotle or Subway in the way customers choose their basic entree (pizza, salad, or calzone), and then pick the type of crust, cheese, sauce, and toppings they want. It's similar to Mod Pizza on the U.S. mainland. They have a good variety of meat and non-meat toppings. I personally like their food items better than the desserts I've tried, and their calzones are especially tasty. Prices have increased like everywhere, but they're reasonable...

Ordered custom pizzas online to have them ready when we arrived. Took us 15 minutes to get there and the food was ready. We ordered two custom pizzas, six wings and a salad. Everything tasted great and presented nicely. The Italian salad dressing is good, my daughter likes and she doesn't like salads, but she did today.

Check your order if you order online. A few things were missing, but I don't believe it was on purpose. There was no itemized receipt...

Out of all the pieology restaurants that I've been to, this is by far the best one. Service is fantastic, the pizza and calzones are made to order, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Highly recommend
