Everything you could possibly want for breakfast is here and it was really good! The price is extremely reasonable and the servers were incredibly attentive. Plus the view is lovely.

This place is closed due to pandemic. We walked around the block, circled the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani to no avail. Finally called them and found out they're closed

This is the poolside restaurant at the Sheraton right off the strip in Waikiki. They have great service and a great and breakfast buffet but also a great omelet bar. Is one of the best buffets I've seen. Has your traditional eggs bacon sausage and also some of the local favorites like rice and Portuguese sausage and fish.

Decent buffet for the price. Prime rib is hot or miss. First time I went it was awesome. Second time not so good. Dessert was the highlight for me both times, and not just cause I love desserts

Cool, outdoor buffet next to the pool at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani. Yes, very touristy. Nice thing is, they have live music but the food...meh. They had the standard buffet items like prime rib and crab legs. Both were awesome but the rest of the food (some type of baked chicken, roasted potatoes, steamed fish, salad bar, cookies, panna cotta, etc.) was A-OK. It was Italian night the night we went there. They had some pasta, risotto, meat (salami, prosciutto, etc.), cheese, artichokes, and olives for a charcuterie board. The pasta was a little bland, so was the mushroom risotto. The charcuterie board wasn't bad though. Can't really mess up meat, cheese and crackers. Best thing they served on Italian night, in my opinion, was the focaccia bread. It was perfectly seasoned with herbs and the outside was a bit crispy, but the inside was light and fluffy. The customer service was pretty good. They were attentive, and drinks were refilled frequently although we had a party of over 20. The live music and overall atmosphere was great but food-wise, Pikake Terrace isn't at the top of my lists for buffets.

We had a party of 20, which included 4 children, celebrating 4 birthdays. We had such a good time. What made our dinner so pleasant was our server. We had such great service from Ilia. If you ever go there ask for Ilia!

Recently went to the Saturday night buffet with a large group of 20. Really enjoyed the crab legs and live Hawaiian music with hula dancing. Our waiter, Ilia, took good care of us. He was attentive and full of aloha spirit. Good food, great service, nice atmosphere= enjoyable experience, will be back!

Seriously just making a reservations took me 3 days & numerous searches online.either I called when the reservations line is closed, or they didn't answer, and then when I finally got through the dates I needed were booked :( Tried to book for a birthday on a Saturday for the crab legs buffet, but no luck - even searching online I looks like two Saturdays before AND after my specific date was booked...so looks like u need to make reservations for the Saturday dinner buffet a month or more ahead. Still gave them stars bc I love the food, crab legs are yum. Also the phone # on the website is wrong, I called it and some guy was sleeping he was in California And the phone number on the website is wrong-it's some guy who was sleeping in LA. Poor guy. I emailed pikake but the number is still up

Brunch Food was below average and no variety. Food looked and tasted like it's been there for a while. I wouldn't come here again for brunch.

I wish i could say that it was easy to find the parking lot and then negotiate to get to the hotel lobby. One of our guests was frustrated that he had difficulty finding the parking lot. He left and skipped dinner. Additionally, the Parade closed off Kalakaua ave which made finding the lot a little more challenging. Food was ok. Price for good was reasonable. Difficult to talk if there is entertainment.
