I consider myself a Pita Pit condenseur (random, I know) but it’s one of my favorites. I have been to several and this is by far the worst I have been to. For one, the staff was very rude and short with me. The way this store operates is completely different from any store I have ever seen. I understand not everything is the same at every store, but the one thing that really rubbed me the wrong way was that they put up shields to block the view of the ingredients and where they make the pita. Perhaps trying to cover up outdated ingredients which would explain the dry flavor in my pita. Anyways, overall not a great experience. Don’t suggest going here.

Free falafel bites with my pita order on the new Pita Pit app (at the time of this review). Four bites comes with a dipping sauce and some spinach leaves to garnish. A good side with a pita.

We got at this place at 11:32 AM and the employee said they are not open yet. 11:30 AM is the opening time and until 11:45 AM they didn’t have their act together. We left because we had a flight to catch. Lame customer service.

I really need to do a better review later but, for now I'll do a quick one. So id get the grilled Pita with Ranch Dressing ( there's a bunch more to choose from including really good hummus to use as a dip) for my nieces which they love to snack on. Then eventually I tried the Balsamic Bowl ( not sure the exact name) but, it was really good. Also, was a lot lighter and seemed like a healthier option than the huge plate lunches in used too. So then I tried something else. I think it was the Super Greek, and that was really good. I really like the jalapeño sauce they put on there. So good. Ooh, even the Hula Teriyaki is good too. All in all, I've tried about 6 different items and if I'd have to give it a rating I'd say probably a high 3 to 4 Start. That's with price, size, weight ( which I notice, lol ), taste. But why the 5 Star? It's the two awesome ladies they have working there that keeps my family and I going back. My nieces even call them aunty. They're so helpful and friendly and I've never seen them get overwhelmed or flustered even when it's been bust, and I've seen them busy. They're always so helpful and patient with people who don't know the menu as well too. I guess wasn't such a short quick review. Maybe no need make an update.

Little store located by Safeway and Panda Express. When we got there around 11:30, almost 12, the closed sign was still on so we weren't sure if they were even open. But when we peaked inside, there were customers inside. Once inside, there wasn't a clear stand point to where the line starts, so we just moved towards the cash register. There were two guys working only, one at the grill and one making the wraps. Took a while for them to get to our order. Once it was my turn, the guy took my order quickly. I do kinda wish they took our order by the veggies so we could add what we want with the veggies in visual. But i just had to choose whatever was straight from the menu. Prices not too bad. I had chips too. The jalapeño chips are my fave. Anyway, the wrap came out huge! It was tasty and filled with veggies and little meat. So the proportions of it wasn't as great. All in all, this place would be a 4/5.

AVOID. It was our first time here and very disappointed at the quality. My husband got the steak wrap and I got the gyro salad and pita chips with hummus. The salad was a few overcooked slivers of gyro over a bed of spinach, some chopped tomatos, olives and feta cheese. My husband was so shocked at the meager gyro portion, he went back in and ordered a side order of gyro. Again, SLIVERS of gyro in a small take out box for $3.50. The hummus was watery and I've honestly had better quality buying the ready-made hummus at Safeway. Contrary to other reviewers, service was friendly but we won't be back.

Not posting about the food. The service. I went to try for the first time. The workers put a sign on the door back in 5 minutes. I came back an hour. Sign still closed and the rude lil worker girl comes out and says she needs more time. I could view her and the other female in the back room doing unrelated work activities. Never will try come here again, or reference anyone.

Had a pita for my bday today. It was a falafel I asked for less falafel. The worker was named K she did an excellent job. All the ingredients were really fresh and not brown or anything. I got lettuce spinach tomato pickle jalapeño cucumber taziki buffalo sauce and feta. Definitely going to come back again soon and tell all my friends. Its hard to find a good pita place. They also have decent discounts on the app. Other restaurants don't give u anything! I forgot to get the schug sauce this time so next week for sure.

I'm originally from California and enjoyed eating at pita pit so I was really happy to see there's one not to far from my house here.My girlfriend and I try to go and support them once a week. There's been a few instances where the lady behind the counter seemed very displeased with her job and acted like she was doing us a favor by making our meal but we didn't let that discourage us until today. We asked for our normal pitas and the same girl that has been unpleasant in the past was the one making the pitas today. Things were moving along ok a little bit of an attitude but as to be expected of this employee then my girlfriend asked her if she had any drier spinach as we are eating these later (she was literally ringing out the spinach it was so wet) the lady stopped what she was doing and said that's not her problem and that she's the owners daughter snd since we like to complain so much we could eat somewhere else. This is an unacceptable way to treat or talk to customers and if your family owns it you should hold yourself to a higher standard. Politely said I will be leaving a review because this is not ok and we got we don't care about reviews. My guess is daddy does. Good luck with your biz.Very disappointing.
