EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!!! Really sad that you can’t deliver a $41 single pizza and bread stick order to a room for someone with a severe knee injury at a hotel. Instead of trying to help a customer out, you instantly didn’t want to help. Pretty shitty customer service!!!! Will never order Pizza Hut again! Your pizza is not worth $41 let alone not trying to help a customer with a severe injury. REALLY DISAPPOINTING PIZZA HUT!!!! Do better!!!!

I hate to trash a restaurant after only 1 visit because anyone can have a bad day. But, this Pizza Hut chose to give me a pie that was completely SCORCHED. I asked for a little extra cooking time to allow for “Brown” cheese, I prefer it to white mozzarella, the texture improves as it bakes, like with Lasagna. This pizza was so overcooked that the pepperoni had all the moisture baked out of it, it was little more than a piece of carbon that shattered when bitten into. How did a black pizza pass their quality control? I asked for a refund but was told it was my fault because I wanted “Brown” cheese. I won’t be going back.

Ordered pizza online and when I got there to pick it up the guy could not find my order and tells me that he doesn’t know where it is or what to tell me but and that he can remake it if I want. Haha I paid for it of course I want what I paid for but I don’t have time to wait another 20 minutes after you already took 5 minutes trying to find my order. I got a pregnant woman in the car, I gotta go cause she’s hungry! Long story short this place sucks.

Went here for a pizza, asked if they could put in rectangle boxes as i was easier to walk with than a big pizza box and oriental dude with glasses acted like It was a big expense to put in smaller boxes. Got the pizza and crust was not cooked and I asked to cook it some more and he said they would have to just throwaway and start over but he said he would do it. Waited another 20 minutes and guess what, same uncooked pizza crust back in the box, your worthless and you didn't fool me, I'll take my business elsewhere next time.

I am so completely done with tipping delivery drivers ahead of time and still having to GO TO THEM to retrieve my pizza - I even went so far as to include specific instructions to "not call, just bring the pizza up" only to have the driver still call me to say there's "no parking" in front of my building.
The driver could have easily, EASILY left the car in front of the building for a few moments just as all Uber, UPS, FED EX, US MAIL, etc drivers ALL DO while they deliver the pizza to my door. But This driver didn't. I paid $5.99 delivery fee AND $6.00 tip for WHAT? For me to go outside and get my pizza anyway? Absolute insanity. I paid for it to my door because I'm busy and cannot go down. THATS WHY I PAY FOR DELIVERY, the covenience. I'll maybe order pizza for work delivery, but never again at home unless you figure out and guarantee TO THE DOOR delivery.
I ordered triple mushroom pizza. I love mushrooms. They were supposed to be fresh mushrooms, as advertised. Nope I got canned mushrooms and they are just gross. I was soooo disappointed. I literally walked it to the homeless people around the corner. On top of that, you have no way to call the store. Its frustrating.

Great tasting pizza and breadsticks. Entire shift on duty were pleasant and professional. Service was quick and friendly. Ingredients were the perfect amount. Not all pizza places are generous with their toppings. This store as well as your Waialae location have always provided excellent products and services.

horrible. according to the store manager, i ordered from via the app to which i was told they have no control over any of the orders on the pizza hut app. further more, pre planning and preparations in manpower need to be made well in advance, especially in anticipation of a big holiday (like halloween). all major holidays are once a year so the management staff have more than enough time to plan.

Called for a delivery. The store is closed for renovations. I was informed that the other stores in the area are not picking up this stores routes. So this company just left its customers without service during their scheduled renovation.
