Pizza Hut

Super supreme pan pizza was good. Only drawback was the greasy crust, but I guess that’s how the pan crust is made. Chicken Alfredo was good also and came with breadsticks. I recommend trying the super supreme pizza.

Looked like it was dried.It was made yesterday.
It was horrible again.I only went there cause it was close enough and the kids were hungry other than that I would have never gone but had a pizza before that I returned.And got my money back... The worst pizza ever looked like it was dried and burned

Were told to pick up in 20 mins, arrived when our order was supposed to be ready. We were told it wasn’t ready, so we waited. Waited 25 mins for it to be ready. They were clearly understaffed. We were handed the boxes but the worker ran to the back right away and was back there for 10 mins before running back out for us to pay for our order and leave. Upon handing us the boxes, they were already cold. There was a line of 10 people behind us when we were finally helped so when we got to our car and felt that the pizza was cold upon getting it, we couldn’t go back in and wait another 45 mins to get back to the register and explain the issue. We live 3 mins away and when we got home and opened the boxes it looked like day old pizza. I’m not sure how this can be the case if we were waiting on the pizza. Wouldn’t you expect it to be hot if it wasn’t ready when you went to pick it up? We called and explained the situation and were told that we could have a $10 refund. $10 refund for a $40 order of completely cold inedible food. We asked to speak with a manager and were told we couldn’t have a full refund and they only offer was to remake the order and now the estimated wait time would be an hour. Would not recommend this Pizza Hut. Not impressed with how the issue was handled either. We work hard for our money and don’t mind waiting, but expect to be handed fresh product once we receive it after waiting patiently.

Slow told 30 atleast thirty minutes almost an hour later still waiting.

I recently attended kona ironman on the big island. I then flew back to honolulu and stayed close to the airport for an early departure. I got a cab into the closest supermarket which had the pizza hut nearby.l ordered a taxi to return to my hotel which after an hour and a half finally arrived. I was very stressed out and scared as it was getting on dusk,l was so tired and ready to lose my shit after being approached by someone asking for a few dollars. I got asked by a few delivery drivers who noticed I'd been waiting for a long if I was okay, and if l needed help. I would like to say a huge thankyou to all that offered help, you guys were amazing and helped an old girl flying back to Australia the next morning feel much better, so thankyou a few kind words got me through xxx

Ordered a personal pan pizza (pepperoni & banana peppers). Minimal toppings (exactly 4 pepperoni slices and a minuscule amount of peppers), and the pizza had a sliver of sauce. Basically it was breadsticks with light toppings.The extra star is because it was cooked at least. I actually enjoy Pizza Hut so I’ll just avoid this one.

Not sure what is going on with this Pizza Hut location on Ala Lilikoi Street... I ordered via the Pizza Hut app and entered the store after the app said my order was ready. However, I was told that the pizza was not ready. I waited 25 minutes before my pizza was handed to me, with no apology for makine me wait. When I arrived home, I took a slice out and it was not hot at all and the pizza was not properly cut. I guarantee my pizza was sitting on the side for a while, despite the employee telling me that it wasn't ready.While there, there was another irate customer who inquired about his pizza. He was waiting for over 30 minutes.

I just ordered the pizza box with pasta needless to say pizza was all smashed Alfredo sauce was all over the pizza because the pasta wasn't closed. This happens to many times.

I was apprehensive at first, as I haven't actually ordered from Pizza hut in a very long time. Should have gone with this Pizza Hut a long time ago. My order was correct, the driver contacted me to confirm it was en route, showed up quickly, and the food was hot, visually appealing, and tasted great. Very pleased with my experience. Of note, this was on a Monday evening around 730pm.
