Not worth the price point. The pancakes were good, but not good enough to justify $22 a plate - it really didn't seem any better than ihop. I was surprised at how someone could cook hashbrowns that had absolutely no flavor, and it was a small portion at that. I know I shouldn't be shocked at a nearly $100 tab for breakfast at a hotel like this, but I expected the food to be better than just mediocre

Brad was our server and was very friendly and helpful! I'm gluten intolerant and he was very helpful. Unfortunately the kitchen got my husband's burger order in correct. We weren't rushed which was nice.
We are usually so grateful for the quality of their service and food, but this time was a disappointment. I remarked that it was my aunts birthday (a leap year birthday), but the waiter didn't ask nor mention. The waiter took a long time to bring anything we asked for such as coffee or water. We are local people who visit the Plumeria very often. It was a disappointing experience. Hope it's only this time

the dinner was for a local Hawaiian singing group and the restaurant guests were mainly locals. The menu came and there were only some very expensive meals and some of the regular menu items were deleted. My wife's meal was good; my meal was inedible. The chicken was so tough a knife wouldn't go through it. I told the main greeter about this and she offered to take it off the bill. This showed good customer service. The waitstaff were attentive and good.
I went to eat shin pancakes.I ate on the terrace, and it was a pleasant place.

I wanted to experience their ramen special by a visiting Chef but it was sold out. I did not find out about this until I got there, they said they tried to call me - but only a few minutes before my reservation time! We had to eat so we stayed and ordered from their usual menu. Awesome view of the beach and koko head. We were seated under an umbrella with a nice breeze from the ocean, Food were pleasantly presented and tasted good. The service was warm and staff were attentive to our needs. There were flies because of the outdoor but staff provided a fly fan to deter the pest. Although I was disappointed that we didn't get to taste the ramen special mishap; we were satisfied with the service and the food/drinks that we had. We will certainly come back again.
We were.a little disappointed with our visit to the Plumeria Beach House this time. Why, it felt like the food was so so compared to the food of the past. The quality of the food simply was not to the standard we enjoyed in the past. Lastly, while we were eating, one of the staffers started breaking down tables behind where we seated and dragged them across the floor making a very unpleasant sound. For a high quality resort, it gave the feel and experience of maybe a three star dining experience.

Today was a cold and windy day and they accommodated us to move to a warmer table. Dustin was a super server today. He was so friendly and made our time there extra special as we celebrated our friend's birthday.

Enjoyed the Ramen on the Beach experience very much! Plumeria Beach House consistently provides a high level of service and excellent dining and drinks in a serene beach front setting.

We went to a ramen event and the food was so delicious! We tried almost all the dishes offered and everything was so great. The service however, left much to be desired. It took a long time to be attended to, and our sever rarely came around. After our meal, we ordered dessert. After waiting 45 minutes for our dessert, we cancelled it and went to a different restaurant for dessert. Perhaps they were overwhelmed with the ramen event or they were understaffed, but the wait was unacceptable.
