We eat here a couple times a month and the original spicy chicken sandwich never has any sauce on it. Every other Popeyes I have gone to has been very generous with the sauce inside the sandwich!!

Spicy chicken sandwich is good, but nowhere near as good as at Hickam. The NEX location skimps on the sauce, which really makes the sandwich.

Verified with the manager that they use Beef Tallow at this location! That explains why the food here is so good! And it doesn't make me feel bloated or sick afterwards. I cant get enough of this place! And it's located in the NEX food court so you can dine with a waterfall and a beautiful ceiling diorama! Workers are also super nice. Love coming here after work!

You would not be able to see this location unless you walk around the food court. Always a long line during lunch time so plan ahead. I don't know what these team does but my order was just coming out and everything was very hot and made me want to eat right away. <but was told to be careful, food was still very hot>

Seasonings were bad. Chicken was mid. Bread was simultaneously soggy and stale. I'll never eat at Popeyes again.

Service and food was good. However, I was ultimately dissatisfied because I felt deceived to learn the number one does not come with a biscuit. This information was not obvious to me as it was in font smaller than any other menu font and located a few lines below the statement that says combos include biscuits. Why caveat your first two menu items with exceptions?
