Franceska is wonderful and did such an amazing job on decorating a cake for my wife and sister-in-law. Cannot recommend her cakes enough for those who have gluten, dairy, and other dietary needs/ preferences. We had the double layered strawberry guava cake with coconut icing. Also added fruit and flours to the top. Such a treat :)
I called several hours out to request a chocolate gf cake for a birthday dinner. She was able to accommodate me on short notice. These awesome chocolate cupcakes are topped with fresh fruits and flowers. The gold flakes, beads & sugar granules were such a nice added touch. Franceska, helped with my request for a freestyle under the sea themed cake. Gluten and dairy free. She knocked it out of the park.
