QQ Tea & Vegetarian House

I recommend QQ if you’re looking for vegan options in the area. Theres a great variety and the portion sizes are big. Flavor could be stronger, but vegan Chinese food is hard to make and come by.

I ordered from this place through Uber Eats a few weeks ago and forgot to leave a review. The meal I received had MOLDY BROCCOLI on almost all the broccoli on my plate! I reported it to Uber Eats and provided photos, but they refused to issue a refund without valid reason. I’ll attach the pictures here. Please be extremely cautious when ordering from this restaurant—quality control clearly isn’t a priority.

Excellent bubble tea with really unique flavors. There’s a lot of bubble tea shops, but this one stood out to me!

Don’t let the faded sign outside fool you. Open daily from 11:30 AM. Best bubble tea ever!!! I think it’s the good quality syrups they use. (At other places the bubble teas taste ‘powdery’ or have an acidic aftertaste.) Tell Rosa what do you like and she’ll make an excellent suggestion. The vegan lunch plates are a hidden gem as well. Chef is sooo good. Not at all oily or overly salty like other Chinese food. All made to order fresh. My favorites are the tofu and bean curd entrées.

I’ve been coming here since 2020 (5+ years now!!) <3 and it’s my favorite place in the whole world! Rosa is the main reason I go and I’ll forever choose to go here over any other place because of her! She’s so amazing and now a favorite person in my life! I also always get the same drink, honey pudding boba, it’s literally the best!!

Honestly the worst boba ever. It tasted weird and looked weird. The iced matcha was warm. The brown sugar boba was a weird yellow color and honestly tasted sour like it had fermented.

Some of the most delicious meals ever!! Boba tea is also great here, but I try to come as often as I can for the Sesame Chile “beef”, it’s vegan and soooo good!! 🙌🎉

This is the best quality bubble tea I've found thus far in Hawai'i, hands down. Properly QQ texture boba that is perfectly chewy and not soggy, and strong tea. I find that the 50% sweetness level is just right for me. The staff are so friendly too, they have a point card system, and their vegetarian classic stirfries are quite tasty as well :)

After being a loyal customer for over a year, I wanted to give this business a well-deserved shoutout! Their food and drinks are delicious, with generous portions and consistent quality every time we’ve eaten here! The owners are incredibly kind, and I always look forward to dining here. It’s a must-visit spot for vegetarians and vegans! The vegetarian options are clearly labeled, and most of the menu is vegan-friendly. All drinks are made with non-dairy milk, and you can customize the sweetness level. Our favorites are the QQ milk black tea and lychee smoothie, both with boba! For food, we love the mapo tofu, kung pao chicken, black bean beef stew, chile sesame beef, and green onion pancakes!

Super friendly mom and Pop operation. Really tasty vegetarian and vegan meals. Highly worth trying even if you are not typically eating that way. You’ll be surprised how good they are!
Really tasty Boba and blended drinks too. Menu and in store is a little less extensive than some Google maps photos show.

Fresh, hot and tasty food! Quantity is so generous too! Loved everything we bought! Also got 4 different types of drinks!, 3 milkshakes, one coffee and they were fantastic! ? there were elder people and little kids at the restaurant, and it was a big hit with all of them! Love that we can pick the sweetness, type of milk, etc. can’t get better and I’ve never had anything better anywhere in the USA or other countries I’ve visited! We will keep coming again and again until the end of the trip! Really hope something like this opens more!

We love this place for to-go orders. The food is great - it tastes a lot like vegetarian restaurants in Taiwan - and the boba is my favorite on the island. But the best part is the amazing service. Everybody is so kind and helpful!
