Cashier was rude 2nd time there..wasn't even bz .not even hi ..she tells me to wait wanted to make an order she kept putting water bottles in fridge..she should have stopped and taken my order than continue with the bottles..BAD SERVICE!

It's currently 5 30pm, and according to their hours they should be open, but they are not.
I want to put 0 starts as i walk 20 min to a closed restaurant. This is not cool when looking for food and trying to catch a flight. Now, this might be totally on Google for posting the wrong times. What a shit deal.

Very, very slow service, which is kind of terminal in a franchise that's supposed to be fast, at an airport where people are in a hurry.
My order took 25 minutes. I literally watched people choosing between missing their boarding call and missing their sandwich.
Service was friendly, and the sandwich itself was fine (although the topping self serve station was totally empty). Way too expensive for what you get, but that's normal for airport food.
Super slow service even as they have a order and pay yourself kiosk... all they need to do is just make the food. Didn't affect me nor my flight but others should know in case you think you have lots of time before you order here. 15-20min wait with one person, before our 1 sandwich order.
Closed just after 4pm as I was walking up to it

Delicious sandwich, the cheapest meal I had on the island. The staff was courteous and efficient. Definitely took care of my hunger. Also free refills on soda.

Services outstanding. Sandwich one of the best we have had. Seating was limited. 2 tables for customers to eat. One was taken and the other was taken by the boss not eating so my husband and I had to eat at an uncomfortable chairs with a table in between us. I find that completely unexpectable. The boss should have gotten up to give us her table because she wasnât even eating. Iâve tried over and over to share a pic of our eating area and the bosses but it wouldnât post
Donât understand the bad reviews the staff was very friendly and the food came fast itâs overpriced but thatâs because of the airport
