My husband goes in to this same location about 3xs a week for our dinner. Yes, there have been a few discrepancies with our orders here and there, just not so bad to mention. Yet tonight when my husband went in around 30 minutes to closing, he had to correct the young man a few times as he took our order. Upon receiving our to go plates, my husband had to take them to the young man for correction regarding the fries and whatnot. Unfortunately when my husband got the order home and opened the plates to distribute, he was more than a little disappointed and angry. The extra sauces he ordered were not there, there was a substitution he did not make, and referring back to his receipt, he had been charged for it all. The things he did not get, subs he didn't ask for and double charged for the bag to boot. One of the worst things (in our opinion) is an establishment when close to closing, drops their quality to the wayside. We understand the desire to clock out and unwind, but shouldn't that be at 11PM? There are several restaurants who do this very same thing. We hope that in the future, Raising Cane's chooses to be different and do better.

It always seems crowded but the lines moves fairly quick. The chicken fingers are always soft with a light crunch to it. The bread is delicious and chewy. Fries are hot and fresh. The sauce is very different. I would say better than ChikfilA in my opinion.Free parking in the building in the back.

First time trying this, coming from Australia this was trending on TikTok and I had to try it. I tried this 3 times in 7 days visiting the USA. 1st time was very quick and perfect. 2nd time was very slow service and long wait time, 3rd time was very friendly service and very fast, food was very hot but the chicken was pink/undercooked.Overall, the chicken and the dipping sauce is great! The fries are very ordinary and never have any salt. They don’t offer salt either if you ask at the one I went too, many customers asked and they had no salt.I hope they open one of these in Australia, their chicken fingers as they call them are what we call chicken tenders at KFC or RedRooster in Australia. Big!

The chicken fingers is good. The downside is that that's about all they've got. The University Avenue store has great decorations and atmosphere. The prices are pretty reasonable. Parking is not too bad. If you can't find street parking nearby you can park across the street at Puck's Alley - it was only $2 after parking for a bit over an hour.Parking: Parking is not too bad. They've got a decent kids menu item and some of the seats are nice and roomy with padded seats. My kid liked the music playing in the background. He also enjoyed the decor in the store.

This place is popular with college and UH sports fans. If you like fried chicken, you'll be loving it there. The prices are pretty decent by today's inflation standards. Get the Cane card for occasional free meals/offers. It can get noisy in there due to music and zero sound proofing. Also you can mix up the meals, hate fries but love toast? Swap it!Parking: Parking is above restaurant, in garage. Take a right then another right up the ramp.
