Beautiful, delicious ramen dishes! Fantastic flavors. There is a reason there’s always a big line. BUT they are serious about demanding a tip. They once chased my friend from New Zealand out into the street demanding a tip. He had not tipped as he was not used to tipping in NZ!

The food is very good. A telling sign is that a majority of the customers are Asian. It is very authentic. Unless you REALLY like spicy food, don’t get the spicy ramen. It is spicy! They provide chili oil on the table so you can always add spice without paying the up -charge for spicy ramen.

Had the spicy ramen special with chasiu. It wasn't anything special at all. The sprinkling of pepper flakes and fried onion did nothing to disguise the blandness. Gyozas were oily and tasteless.
They make it amply clear you must tip at least 18%, which is a turnoff and a ripoff since service was minimal. Not coming back again.

Do not recommend this place. Maybe we did not order the right ramen, but the Tonkostu ramen was very plain and not tasty. It didn’t taste bad but it wasn’t tasty at all. Others also mentioned but the surcharge of spicy was very disappointing. It ended up just having some chili flakes (which normally is free) instead of chili oil. The fried rice was actually good but overall super mid experience dining here.

I ordered a mini ramen for takeout. They gave me a kids size ramen. The receipt even said "kid size" It was about 2 spoonfulls of ramen for $18. I didnt eat it and demanded my money back. They tried to rip me off and pointed to an "all sales final sign" When I was demanding my money back an employee stuck her dirty hand inside my ramen bowl. When I asked her why she just stuck her dirty hand inside the bowl of ramen she tried to deny it. After arguing with them for 10 minutes they finally gave me my money back, but they are still a disgusting rip off !

It's delicious... but it seems like they're telling you to order an expensive menu, and to top it all off, they force you to ask for a tip. At least 18%.. not much compared to the price
