A very classic Japanese sit down ramen experience. The bowls and great and the oxtail is their specialty, and they so it well. The line can be long, so be prepared to wait and to eat fast when it's finally your turn.

The service was terrible and the staff were rude. They served us the wrong dish, and after realizing the mistake, they took back a dish that had already been eaten and swapped it with another one. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. Very disappointing experience.

Walked by this ramen place numerous times, finally gave it a try, I ordered the miso ramen, the meat was little chewy and the noodles was little overcooked, broth was ok. To be fair, I just spent 2 weeks in Japan recently , so my expectation was high, lol. You can order combo which comes with potstickers and fried rice.

Don’t let the long queue fool you. The food is a massive letdown. The oxtail was dry and tough, reminding me of cheap frozen meals from Costco. The soup base was also way too oily, leaving a heavy aftertaste that ruined my appetite for anything else. I’ve had much better ramen at other local spots. 3 stars for effort, but definitely wouldn't recommend if you're looking for quality food in Waikiki.

The ramen itself was quite ordinary, but what really ruined the experience was the service. The Japanese lady working there was extremely rude and even pressured customers into paying a fixed amount of tips, regardless of whether they wanted to or not. It’s a ramen shop, not a fine-dining restaurant with multiple courses and attentive service.
Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this place.

Went here in January and I never wrote a review but this is seriously the best ramen in Hawaii. It’s cheap for the portion size and I will be coming back whenever I come to Hawaii again!

Ok
Party of 4 here on Thursday on the week of the Honolulu marathon. We waited 40 minutes as we saw other people that came after us being seated before us. The bill did come up to the triple digits with the 4 of us.

However, the food is Sensational for being Waikiki. The spicy vegetarian ramen was pretty incredible and the gyoza and fried rice which are both optional to add were def a great addition into it.if you like spicy, the spicy ramen is medium spice with a nice kick to it. Overall really great food with nice staff, just limited space and poor logistics

First time trying oxtail ramen and this place blows it out of the water! It was not heavy and wasn’t too oily at all and we were surprised! We came here twice during our trip and couldn’t recommend it more. Noodles were al dente, soup was perfect in terms of seasoning, and the oxtail had the perfect chew.

The ramen was exactly what we needed. Lots of options to choose from this no-nonsense eatery. While the atmosphere lacked a reason to write-home, the food was the star with incredibly fast service.

Look, I waited a couple of days thinking about if I was overthinking how bad I thought this place was after waiting for over 5 years to try it out (used to be a huge line outside the door so I waited) but now that I've reflected, I believe this is some of the worst ramen I've had. The ramen was undercooked, the flavor profile was lackluster and the bean sprouts outnumbered the ramen what felt like ten-fold. I wanted to love it because the atmosphere wasn't bad, but after paying $60 after tip (paying for 2) for one of the worst bowls of the ramen I had, I felt compelled to save people from a similar experience of regret. The only reason I gave it two stars is because one of the servers was lovely.
