I received the Go Miso Ramen on Tuesday. The ramen broth was rich, but didn’t have much depth in taste. I wasn’t sure what the black stuff on top was, but it appeared to be bamboo. The star of this dish was the taste of the ground pork. It tasted similar to wonton ground pork. The egg was slightly under my desired consistency. Overall, this ramen is a good, solid dish even if it’s not what I’d desire to eat on a typical basis for ramen.

My first time trying miso ramen and it was delicious. The only reason I didnt give a 5 is because I can’t compare it to other places. Laid back atmosphere with numerous options to eat other things. Nice music playing. Cool inside.

Ordered beef miso ramen, not traditional Japanese style, tastes ok.
I stumbled on this place by accident (one would have to as it's in the very back of the Market), and I ordered the takoyaki, the karaage, and the Miso ramen. I was a little worried when the karaage first came out because it was very dark and I was worried it was overcooked. It was slightly crispier than I usually prefer, but very good. The takoyaki were also excellent - the subtle extra crisp made for a delightful final product. The Miso ramen, however, was delicious! No notes, except for one to myself - don't leave the ramen until last, as the meat on top did cool down quite a bit before I started on the ramen!
Be prepared to fight for seating, and woe betide anyone that wants to bring a large group here.

Sadly a let down. Was really curious about the teriyaki garlic butter ramen, and the reviews seemed promising. The taste was interesting, but the broth was watery, the toppings minimal, and the ajitsuke egg was the worst I have ever had in a restaurant - overboiled and not jammy at all, marinade penetrated only 5 mm in, I’d estimate they marinated it for maybe only a few hours. Maybe they had an off night? Unfortunately under-marinated ajitsuke eggs suggest a problem in prep work.

Fantastic ramen shop tucked away in the back of a mini food court. Both ramen (TBG and Black Miso Tantan) were fantastic. Also got deep fried oysters which were delicious. Highly recommend!
