We go to Yoshiya every time we stay in Waikiki. We always order Sukiyaki. It is the only restaurant where we order it because it is perfect. The beef is top quality and the accompanying vegetables and noodles compliment the beef perfectly. Our server is always pleasant and we usually have a nice conversation with her. Sometimes we have appetizers and always enjoy them. S.Hill
Authentic traditional Japanese food as well as delicious sushi rolls, etc. The atmosphere and service were terrific; our party of 11 was served promptly and well. Went twice (once in the morning and once at night) and was fantastic on both occasions.

The meal was passable but that is all. I could not recommend this place. High prices at Waikiki area and mediocre food made this not a memorable meal. The place is also very difficult to find - you can not take a direct route there. Not worth the effort.
