Best pho, broth and other Vietnamese cuisine in town. Yes, the egg rolls too! Everything is so yummy!

Got the lemongrass chicken banh mi. Lemongrass chicken was very saucy and had bell peppers sautéed with it. It was pretty sweet like a teriyaki chicken style. Asked if they could add pate to the sandwich which was $1 extra but I barely see any inside. Won't order this sandwich again cause lemongrass banh mi is better everywhere else I have tried. It was just a take out order so I'll try the restaurant again but will order something else.

Maybe you pass this place on your way to Pipeline. Maybe you shouldn't because the food is so damn delicious. Maybe you should come here everyday because you can get a delicious bahn mi in whatever flavor your desire, pho, or a staple Vietnamese dish. Just eat here, you won't regret it. Vegan options available.

We were looking forward to going here today after looking over reviews and pictures , but we left after we waited about 15 minutes after the opening business hours . Business hours said Tuesday Sunday 11 am to 5pm. Our business ended up going to Broken Noodle across the street . While watching from across , we watch another couple come at about 11:20 am and the door was also locked when they attempted to go in . Someone finally opened the door for them at 11:20 . I was pretty disappointed that we didn't get to try Saigon , but Broken Noodle did satisfy our Vietnamese craving

Our favorite Pho & Bun spot for the past 5 years! The restaurant and family has really done a great job over the years keeping things delicious and consistent. Many pho restaurants have hit or miss days, but Saigon meets or exceeds our expectations almost every time! We will be back for more.

Good Authentic Vietnamese food at a reasonable price. Great customer service! I love Tofu and vegetable on crispy noodles, nam vang clear noodle soup ; hubby like the shredded pork and BBQ pork rice plates. Plenty great items to try...will go for bánh mì, oxtail soup and phở next. Clean and good ac.

The food was great. Better than expected. Best Pho I've tried on Oahu. The service was snappy and accurate. The order taker didn't need to write it down and it was perfect. The ambiance is what usual Vietnamese restaurants are here but it was cleaner than any other.I highly recommend.

Saigon's Restaurant in Kaimuki located along Waialae Ave. They offer a very good variety of delicious delights. Spring rolls and the sliced pork sausage balls are cravable. Dishes are served hot and with plenty of condiments (bean sprouts, slivered carrots and turnips, basil, cilantro, jalapeños, lemon, and an excellent fish sauce). We ordered a good sampling from their menu. All were very well prepared and presented. The taste was exceptional. Service was very good and fast. They've made some great improvements to the seating and decor. Oh and the Vietnamese Coffee hits the spot after a great meal.
