Very good tea (both boba and liquid-only, we got a watermelon-something and a plain oolong. Note that drinks are sweetened unless otherwise specified !) inside of a shop specialising in snacks & packaged food mostly from Taiwan and China.To-go only ; the only seating is a little plaza in the middle of the car park.

It’s been about 3 years since I’ve been here but I plan to go again. It’s terrific here and owner is nice and polite and place is kept clean.

We LOVE this tea express! They use REAL fruit and it's always what's in season. If they don't have the actual fruit then they take it off the menu! You can also decide on how much sugar should be added, so there's something for everyone! The prices are great and the Boba is always perfect...never hard! They also recently expanded their store to include an array of super delicious snacks!! If you are looking for a refreshing treat I highly recommend stopping here!
Fantastic spot! Felt 80% need ? grabbed a quick energizing and healthy organic bubble tea. And back to the races! Shazam!
